Not sure why they can’t seem to get it right. Our orders here are wrong 50% of the time at this location. Today was a doozy…first drive-thru order was wrong (ice cold when supposed to be warm and missing ingredients) Called and spoke to a manager who said nothing so I said I’d be coming back through to pick up a new order. No apology for the mess up and no mention of the free pastry for the trouble. Drove all the way back, order was WRONG AGAIN! Warm this time but much smaller...read full review
Love Panera but a Turkey Bacon Bravo that’s missing the bacon is very disappointing!! Especially when the receipt says “accuracy matters”🙁
