“I tried Zaxby’s Asian Chicken Salad and was seriously impressed! The flavors were fresh and bold — the teriyaki drizzle on the dressing really made it stand out. It had just the right balance of sweet and savory. The salad itself was crisp and packed with delicious toppings, and I loved that it came with an egg roll on the side — such a fun and tasty addition! Definitely one of my new go-to orders. “We went through the drive thru to order on the way to pick up my children from a gymnastic function and after ordering I think there was a pair 8 cars asked to pull forward and I was very stressed out because my order I had to wait for but when I got my order it was missing a plate … i usually always have a problem with my order at this location for whatever reason I’m not sure and I know and understand that things happen but I needed to pick up my children and this was making me late but the employee that helped me made my stress go away and she did nothing more than just be courteous and friendly something we should all try to do . As a matter of fact she handled all of the cars waiting and seemed to help them with ease and patience . Thanks so much ARIANNA for your hospitality and kindness i won’t forget. In this world right now just being kind is a gift and she gave this to me tonight and for that I’m so thankful . Yea I was 15 minutes late getting my children but because of her kindness my stress subsided and it was all okay. Thanks so much you are awesome Ariana 😊“

“I must admit that I've avoided KFC in recent years. This rainy night KFC was almost next to my hotel. My sister and I decided to give it another try. So glad we did.The staff was sweet although we came in close to closing. The chicken was delicious and the sides were just great. The restaurant was very clean and draped in holiday decor. We knew that the staff took pride in serving us.When we left we spoke with Sheila, the restaurant manager. We told her how much we liked our meal. She happily told us how much she appreciated her customers and that so he and her staff loved working there. Believe me, it shows. Many thanks Sheila.“

“This is an amazing place! I’ve been coming regularly for two years to and from trips between Fort Benning and Charleston SC. Everytime I come they always serve me an extra chicken strip. My most recent visit I hadn’t accounted for a delay in pay from the army due to a holiday, and was unable to pay after placing an order. The management gave me the food for free. Trying to practice integrity I stopped back in a few days later and attempted to pay for my recent free meal, and they wouldn’t let me, saying it was their pleasure to bless me. This establishment deserves your business. The food is delicious, fairly priced, and the employees/management are quality people!“

“Ate there last night around 8:15. The food was awful , warmed over at best. As we were leaving l went to get a tea refill and the female Mgr. said " we closed at 9:00 and it's 9:04 already so we thru it out. She was a jerk and when l called to speak with the owner the next morning l got her again instead. l told her l should get a free tea next visit and her response was " it ain't gonna happen ". She needs to be fired. She is not customer service material and ruins the reputation of a good place.“

“Had a bad experience with online ordering and the order getting lost. After showing a copy of pending charge on my credit card they still couldn’t find it. So they made the food anyway and gave it to us for free. The pending charge disappeared and bank said it was canceled. Shoutout to Greg (the manager) and his friendly staff for going above and beyond and making a glitch in the system right for us.“
