Ordered a Cookie Puss cake for our friends birthday. We had almost a 2 hour drive each way to get the cake and the staff at the location were all extremely kind in helping ensure our cake stayed frozen on the way home. They filled our cooler full of ice for us and wrapped the cake box in plastic so it didn’t get wet. Thank you so much Carvel of Pooler!
Carvel Is an amazing ice cream shop! And the owners and staff are genuinely so very kind and they value their work ethic, And they value making their customers satisfied. Carvel is an ice cream shop in Pooler. One customer ordered a Cookie Puss cake for a friend's birthday and had almost a 2 hour drive each way to get the cake. The staff at the location were all extremely kind in helping ensure the cake stayed frozen on the way home. They filled a cooler full of ice and wrapped the cake box in plastic so it didn't get wet. Another customer called Carvel an amazing ice cream shop. The owners and staff are genuinely so very kind and they value their work ethic and value making their customers satisfied. One customer ordered two strawberry shortcake cups through DoorDash, but the driver picked up the order at 2:52 PM and did not deliver until 3:26 PM. The customer contacted DoorDash and was told to wait for the order to arrive. The customer said DoorDash has horrible customer service. A lovely woman at Culver's was genuinely upset that this happened and said they better give a refund and resend the food. Another customer thanked Carvel for the delicious icecream and great service. A customer from NY was glad to have Carvel locally and called a worker a STAR worker who is so helpful and kind and does a great job making sundaes and cones. Another customer said Carvel is the best soft ice cream on the planet. The Pooler location is new as a business, and taking that into account, the service was very good. The soft serve portions were more than ample and the staff was very friendly. Customers originally from New York had been waiting for a Carvel to finally show up. One customer noted that the system wasn't allowing coupon redemption, but the issue was resolved and all coupons can now be redeemed. Another customer stopped by Carvel in Pooler for the first time since moving from New York and said a worker was amazing and made them feel like they were right back in their hometown.
