This is my first time coming here. I’ve been to a Brazilian restaurant steakhouse before in Jacksonville. This place has surpassed my expectations. Natalie, Michael, and a few other of the servers and carvers have an amazing attitude and demeanor about them makes the experience enjoyable. The food was beyond phenomenal. I enjoyed the sweet pork, the most definitely will come back again

Ember Lotus is a Brazilian restaurant steakhouse that offers a really good alternative to the larger Brazilian steakhouses. The price is a little less than you would pay at the larger ones, but the selection mirrors that. The food was beyond phenomenal, with the sweet pork, Korean BBQ, and garlic steak standing out as delicious and amazing. The food bar is an option for those who do not eat meat. The staff did a good job figuring out which guests liked their meats well done and which ones liked it more rare. The servers and carvers have an amazing attitude and demeanor about them that makes the experience enjoyable. The hospitality blew many away, with every single person there showing nothing short of an amazing visit. The atmosphere was very inviting and calming, with plenty of options for everyone. One note: if you want the meat that is further down the list, you actually have to ask for it by name. Overall, the service was good, the food was ridiculously good, and the experience is one to come back to every single day.
