The store in Savannah sells old cupcakes and then when they put them in the bag, they icing (that is breaking down) slides off the falling cupcakes. I immediately( within 2 minutes) called and sent them pictures and the OWNER said we were trying to get the order for free! "I see that 3 of the cupcakes did not fall out!" SHE WAS RIGHT THE 3 CLOSEST TO THE END OF THE BOX STAYED IN THEIR PLACE and those in the middle an the bottom toppled right out of their places and the icing...read full review
First time going to Gigi’s in downtown Savannah while on vacation and it was so delicious. We had the gluten-free wedding cake and the lemon blueberry. The shop is super cute and clean.

The staff is professional, polite, very nice, and always welcoming with a smile, providing superb customer service. They are eager to help and will tell you about every cupcake. The selection is wide and never lets you down, with cupcakes that are always super fresh and divine. Favorites include the Kentucky Bourbon, chocolate, cheesecake, caramel apple, and the classic staple wedding cake cupcake. They are tasty, pretty, light, delicious, and not overly sweet. It is an absolute wonder and a great experience for anyone with a sweet tooth.
