The store in Savannah sells old cupcakes and then when they put them in the bag, they icing (that is breaking down) slides off the falling cupcakes. I immediately( within 2 minutes) called and sent them pictures and the OWNER said we were trying to get the order for free! "I see that 3 of the cupcakes did not fall out!" SHE WAS RIGHT THE 3 CLOSEST TO THE END OF THE BOX STAYED IN THEIR PLACE and those in the middle an the bottom toppled right out of their places and the icing...read full review
First time going to Gigi’s in downtown Savannah while on vacation and it was so delicious. We had the gluten-free wedding cake and the lemon blueberry. The shop is super cute and clean.

Gigi's Cupcakes is a beautiful little spot with a wide variety of flavors. The staff is professional, polite, and very nice, greeting customers warmly and telling them about every cupcake in the case. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the deliciousness of the bakery. The cheesecake cupcake is a favorite for being light and not overly sweet. The Kentucky Bourbon cupcakes are so good and pretty. The caramel apple and wedding cake cupcakes are delicious and almost too beautiful to eat. The chocolate was a favorite from a divine assorted dozen. The customer service is superb, and the staff keeps up good work.
