I have visited your restaurant since the original owners opened down at the Ford Avenue location. I always got the Ellis Island, extra hot, with dill shrimp salad, which I loved. I just ordered today and am not a fan of your new version of the shrimp salad. I literally took one bite, asked if I could change my side, and was told since I had already eaten some, it wasn't possible. I understand this but don't feel it was good customer service.
