I went in to pick up an online order today, this is the first time in months I have placed an order or even been in this Subway. The female owner asked me my name and as soon as I gave it to her so said do you want the order you placed yesterday and then cancelled I still have it. Food is good, but they refuse to take my order over the phone. I didnt have time to go in and wait for them to make 3 footlongs. I wanted to pick up and be able to leave.
Been going there for years. Never had this happen. Probably wont return. Ridiculous dumb rule they made up on the spot.
