I can no longer recommend or support a company that treats employees like a corporate number instead of a loyal employee .
My family and I have always supported Honeymoon, but we won’t be anymore. A family member of mine has been a great employee there for years and was fired today over a customer who felt the need to conflate a situation into something it wasn’t. This was a grown person who apparently was expecting a written apology and signed form from my family member. Honeymoon Bakery is truly one of the best bakeries and choosing them for our wedding cake was one of the easiest (and best!) decisions we made. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and even fun.
