My wife and I went for the first time yesterday. Although they were preparing to shut down for a few weeks for vacation and mainly filling call aheads, they took excellent care in helping us find something that fit our needs. We went in for steak and walked out with all kinds of goodies. Let me tell you the quality is amazing. As a small business owner, I understand that meaningful relationships are paramount, rather than treating someone like a number or one-off transaction. Mitch truly understands this too. When I am meeting with a client, I do not take calls, respond to texts or emails. I focus singularly on my client's needs. What a neat spot. I met Mitch and Storm today, and I was blown away by the level of service. Firstly, they only allow 1 or 2 customers inside the shop at one time. The foot print is small, so you get the undivided attention of the boss man, Mitch.
You can tell Mitch is a knowledgeable carnivore. I personally think people who are quirky and have special rules around certain activities have something special to offer. This was no exception.
