My husband and I drove by Mitch's today and decided to stop by. It seems unlike most, we actually stopped to read the sign before we went in, which clearly explains the rules and the operations of the business. Mitch is an excellent Butcher. Better quality meats than the grocery stores. Once you understand his process and the best times to go it's a home run. His choice ribeyes are the best. Sausage is the best. Scottish salmon is the best.

I do not shop here anymore because of their weird ordering system. When I go to a butcher I want to pick out a few things and look around, not call ahead and make deal in the parking lot.The only person that wants this is Mitch. I understand he’s not the best at customer service but at least let people in your shop. Hire another butcher and pay them enough to stay. You guys used to have lunch but that’s been gone for a while.
