“In a word...... AMAZING!“
“Last week I had the pleasure of trying out truth be told for the first time. My friends and I had so much fun and ended up staying until close! The art and design of the space are so well done, makes you never want to leave. So shout out to the staff for putting up with us :) Our server Jose was incredible.
From start to finish you can tell how intentional this experience was. The chef, owner, and staff have all come together to create something truly unique.
The drinks were so creative, maybe the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The red handed and infinite lies were both incredible. They made an exceptional martini and a delicious espresso martini to go with desert.
The food was amazing- the standout to me was the Wagyu tongue and tri tip which was the most well prepared meat I’ve ever had.
I cant wait to come back and try it again. My favorite of the first courses was the summer squash tart. I was surprised by how much I loved the aerated vegetables. My favorite desert was the strawberry. I got the chance to have a bite of just about everything and it was all delicious.
Without a doubt the best experience ive had at a restaurant this year and can’t wait to try again.“

“Honestly wasn’t expecting such a fabulous meal from a chain but the Coffee Steak was incredible and the salad. They also give huge portions for the salad and dessert. Dessert was the only thing that was ehh okay. But our waitress was amazing. Atmosphere could use some more art or vibes.“

“Once again, we had a fabulous meal at Hugo‘s. My friend ordered the beautiful and colorful, lobster salad, and I had the black and flounder serve Ponchartrain style. Fabulous, filling, and fit for a gourmet. Service by Marc, I believe what's his name, was on point, attentive, but not intrusive. Keylime pie was good and beignets were ginormous. Will be back! Thank you, Maddie, for your warm welcome.“

“Jason and I just had probably one of the best restaurant experiences and food I’ve ever had! We started with goats cheese appetizer, followed by a delicious Caesars salad. I ordered a center cut filet with scallops as my main course. Jason had the New York strip. We shared broccoli and fingerling potatoes as sides. The most amazing part was the bone marrow butter and foie gras butter complementing the steaks. To top it all off we brought home candied pecan bread pudding with Jim Beam sauce. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so quaint. I truly had an amazing experience!“

“Pretty decor, plenty of seating, and led signs to take pictures with! My favorite dish is the pollo empanizado. Always cooked to perfection crispy and juicy on the inside. Top two drinks would be the hibiscus and tamarindo margarita. Not to mention the ceviche to start 10/10 so fresh perfect for a hot summer day.“

“You definitely have to give this place a try if you love seafood. Got the shrimp soup and fried tilapia and it was freakin delicious. Fair warning, the light orange/clear sauce you get with the fish is straight up blended habeñeros, it's delicious but do not eat if you can't handle spice lmao. I had a full spoonful and the rest of my dinner was just so delicious, got an endorphin rush. The shrimp soup was so good too, I didn't realize how big each meal was, so I have lunch for tomorrow. It's a little pricey but worth it. I cannot give less than 5 stars for the quality of the food. Definitely compliments to the chef!Can't wait to come back and try something new. I visited on a Tuesday, not many people here but more came in before I left at 8:00pm, Cheers.“

“Allie was great I appreciate her focus as well as listening to a small complaint about the how things were served and this means the pork belly I’m used to having it in one solid piece they slice it up, but in many places it is served as a solid piece and the customer can cut it themselves…I’ve realized that that just dries it out but in this case, it was very good!!!“
