Johnny has a fantastic and interesting personality, great presentation and very unique, fine meals!
We had a recent meal prepared by Johnny Carino while we stayed at Saint Simon's Sea Island resort. I can honestly say that the meal was one of the highlights of our 10 day trip. We had an incredible experience with Chef Johnny. Surprise 60th Birthday dinner for my wife with kids and family flying in from far away places. Johnny was so responsive working with me to set the perfect dinner menu. On dinner night he exceeded our expectations.
