I’m writing this review to give kudos to an employee who went above and beyond tonight. Because of Zeta there was widespread power outages around Sandy Springs/Dunwoody. I pulled up to this Wendy’s to see nothing but a long line wrapped around a building and thought I’m going to be here forever. i been to this Wendy's several times this is the nicest one i always keep comming back.
The crew on Saturdays have the worst attitude problem ever. The customer service is non existent. You pull up to the drive thru window and they literally say nothing, they roll their eyes and when you say thank you they don’t respond. If someone is managing them or if the GM and Owner makes regular visits then this has to be corrected.
