I went here with my brother and we loved it! The cashier (I think her name was Jiye) was so nice and I asked for her suggestion on what to get and now I’m hooked. We went on Saturday a few weeks back and have come back a couple times since.
I'm glad a respected chain is in Savannah. I wish Chatime was available where I'm from. This Chatime has all the typical drinks the chain has. I'm thankful that there is roasted milk tea and tieguanying at the location. Unfortunately, some of the nuanced flavors were not available as their current menu fits the primary demographics. Wish some of other Chatime drinks like Golden Lily was available. Not sure why people are upset with the service, it's not as bad as the reviewers...read full review

Boba tea can be a rarity to find in Savannah. So they really went out of the park here and its pretty reasonably priced too. I usually get either honeydew or taro and my partner usually gets strawberry. Definitely come here if you want some boba while in Savannah and not kung poo dusty tea.Also come here not on the weekend because then 20 giggling scad girls and theys will be congregating and it will take an hour to order a drink.
