Terrible experience. Appetizer (spinach artichoke dip) tasted curdled and was sent back. Took close to 40 minutes for half slab of rib dinner (half slab for them is 3 ribs) and a salad/soup combo. Salad was obviously under the warmer because the cheese was melted, soup was overly hot & obviously microwaved. The ribs were good. Fried okra was good, but cold. I am so glad that PaPa’s is near my home. The food is always consistent, good and enjoyable. The servers are all good and soon you become attached to them. Their BBQ is very good as is their seafood. How can this happen, but it does! I love their food!
I hope the recent loss of their owner will not effect the operation of the restaurant. Please come out and try this outstanding local restaurant!
