The Melting Pot Reviews
The Melting PotThe experience at the Savannah location left me confused and concerned for other people. This place was a nightmare. Considering that I took the time to make a reservation and it turned out my table was given to other patrons because I was 15 minutes late due to traffic near there location. When I tried to explain to the General manager Jorden Cheng, he was not accommodating as he wouldn’t allow me to sit at the bar and threatened me with calling the police . I had my birthday dinner at the melting pot yesterday and had the greatest time! I was given a little gift from the staff that was very thoughtful. The food was great and the experience itself is so much fun! We took advantage of the 4 course date night deal. The shining star of the night was our server Kadn. She was so lovely. The Melting Pot offers good food and service. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is amazing. The chocolate was the best part of the meal. Everything was wonderful and delicious. The fondue and the grill experience are both great. It is great for a girls night out or a guys get together. There are a lot of great offers and promotions on Facebook and their website. Servers are amazing and extremely nice. They are knowledgeable about the menu and happy to answer all questions. The manager, Jordan, is very good at making sure things run smoothly and goes above and beyond. Specific meals include the Alpine chocolate, Caesar salad, pick three trio of the petite filet, shrimp and herb crusted chicken cooked in canola oil, lobster tail, and Turtle Chocolate Fondue.
