Close early, not serving in the mornings, afternoons or evenings (????), have to wait on online orders when they should be ready for pickup when said.
For example, put in an online order at 8:30, app said it would be ready for pickup at 8:40, get there and the doors are locked. The girl working behind the counter just stared at me, barely moving her lips to tell me to go through the drive through for pick up. The man behind me had to yank the door and ask. Sat in line for 2 smoothies with 5 people working with only 1 car in front of me for over 40 minutes. They wouldn’t even take my order for like 15 minutes of sitting at the menu. Crazy ridiculous
Pull up to the drive through, and am told it will be 45 minutes before I can order food OR smoothies. I asked if that included 1 smoothy, and they said “yes, we are going through a shift change” .1:45pm and they stop taking orders? Almost everyday they say “45 minutes for food”, now I guess they just stop serving anything around 1:45pm. The 2 employees I have dealt with on a regular basis are fantastic, but there must be an “I don’t give a crap” attitude infesting...read full review
