Last night I visited Kasey’s Grille with a large group of friends. We had a reservation for 14 people and our table was ready upon arrival. Our server was cheerful, accurate, and attentive throughout the evening. The food arrived promptly which is amazing with a group of this size. They have a new menu that is varied and offers a sufficient variety of options for all. It's ok. They always seem understaffed so wait time isn't great. The food tends to be hit and miss. My salmon was very good and my wife's chicken was bland and dry. Every time I go I feel like they have 2 options. 1. Lower prices would allow a customer to meet the right expectations for the experience. Or 2. Raise the quality to meet the price range and meet expectations consistently. When we visit we grandparents we always are hoping for better quality.
