“This will be the second time, I’ve come to this location and my food that I’ve ordered was half way done. I ordered “9pc loaded hash brown bowl”, which is what it was labeled when I ordered on the screen, I got home and barely any cheese, bacon, and only a few hash browns, husband was disappointed and I’m frustrated because it’s a waste of my money, and I tried called 3 times back to back and no answer, I cannot leave at the moment, so going back to replace it, isn’t always an option, so please answer your phones to make things right.“

“My significant other and I dined in today around 11:30/noon and we had a pleasant experience. Clean tables, quick and delightful staff. We unfortunately witnessed a very rude and aggressive customer come inside and cause a scene. This man was SO ugly and mean towards the staff. They reacted to him in the kindest and well tempered way. Keeping a smile on their face and even tone while rushing around the back building orders. The aggressive customer wanted a refund (for slow service in the drive through) they offered him a refund and he wouldn't take it. Instead the man started yelling at the staff that he had 30 years military experience and wanted to have the employee meet him outside (in a very threatening way) he said this multiple times and even started to come around the counter. The employees were still very busy making orders and talking politely to him. Although this customer seemed impossible to please. The whole store had customers witness the very professional Mc Donald's crew handle the situation as best they could until we had to step in and then they called police. Please know your have a wonderful working staff who is extremely polite and well mannered in stressful situations. Pictured below is aggressive customer.“

“Besides having amazing coffee, their customer service is top tier, I'm a very indecisive person so definitely love how patient and helpful the staff is and for those that are working or trying to work on their health like myself they have plenty of sugar-free options.

Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of sugar-free options including sugar free foam.“

“Had my first visit this morning and the woman taking my order was so polite and was very patient with me as I did not know what to order. She recommended the smores latte with the toasted marshmallow cold foam. IT WAS DELISH!!“

“This is a 2 part review.
Part 1- The staff here is very friendly and pleasant. 4 stars for service. If drinks came out at the same time for a group, would give 5 stars.
Food availability is inconsistent. Went on a Saturday and all 5 of the items I would have ordered were not available. Still got coffee but had to grab breakfast at another establishment.
Part 2- Atmosphere- Gone are the comfortable seating options and partitions for more privacy that you usually find in a coffee house. Just one long area filled with tables and chairs. Probably a corporate decision since many of the Starbucks remodels look like this one. Not fair to the place I know but the atmosphere is not what it used to be to me because of the layout. No longer come here with a group of friends.“

“I was in the area and wanted some ice cream. Can you imagine how excited I was when I searched Yelp and found Scoops??? Omgggggggggggg. I pulled in and was immediately in love with the area. Scoops sits towards the middle near the park and sits cozy in the corner. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the staff and SUPER EXCITED by the bright colors, old skool candy, and assortment of ice cream. Oh yes, this place is a gem and I am ready to go gem hunting. LoL. I can’t lie, choosing a flavor was sooooooooo hard. As such, I had to get a few samples. I tried the: Lemon Cheesecake and the Yellow Cake Batter Ok. As Cookies & Cream is my go to, I had to go outside of my comfort zone. Man listen, I wanted BOTH OF THEM. The flavor profiles are super robust and the ice cream is extra creamy. Oh my gosh, I’m talking a melt in your mouth, smooth, thick texture that is absolutely delicious. Drum Roll………… I got the Yellow Cake Batter with an Ultimate Waffle Cone… the rest is history. Oh My Goshhhhhhhhh… is there such a thing as Ice Cream Induced Happiness???? If so…. I’m in it!!!!!! Ok. I gotta get back to my cone. Come get you one!“
