“My husband and I always seem to run into Heather in the mornings, she’s truly one of a kind! Always pleasant, remembers our faces, and keeps this Dunkin’ running smoothly. The location is spotless, our to-go orders are always ready, and the staff is friendly. This is our on the go breakfast spot, and Heather’s positive energy makes every visit worth it!“

“My significant other and I dined in today around 11:30/noon and we had a pleasant experience. Clean tables, quick and delightful staff. We unfortunately witnessed a very rude and aggressive customer come inside and cause a scene. This man was SO ugly and mean towards the staff. They reacted to him in the kindest and well tempered way. Keeping a smile on their face and even tone while rushing around the back building orders. The aggressive customer wanted a refund (for slow service in the drive through) they offered him a refund and he wouldn't take it. Instead the man started yelling at the staff that he had 30 years military experience and wanted to have the employee meet him outside (in a very threatening way) he said this multiple times and even started to come around the counter. The employees were still very busy making orders and talking politely to him. Although this customer seemed impossible to please. The whole store had customers witness the very professional Mc Donald's crew handle the situation as best they could until we had to step in and then they called police. Please know your have a wonderful working staff who is extremely polite and well mannered in stressful situations. Pictured below is aggressive customer.“

“From the drive thru menu to the window, 5/5 experience. My order LARGE ICED CHAI TEA LATTE with pistachio and sf vanilla flavor added. Non dairy milk = coconut milk. I use my member (ph) # and was told I had enough points for a free drink so of course I used it :) . Without the points my total would have been $8.__, still a great price.

MY DRINK WAS AMAZING def will order this combo again. There was no line so visit was fast. They're conveniently located in the plaza between ALDI AND HOME DEPOT.“

“This is the best Starbucks I have been too. I wanted to try a drink with oat milk and they made me a tiny one and it was great. I have been hooked on oat milk ever since. That small act of kindness made my day so much bc my morning had started off a little crazy. It really showed there is still kindness out there in the service world.
