“Our server Ming Ming was awesome! From the service to the food to the experience...OUTSTANDING! I have been a server for over 25 yrs and I am a pretty needy and particular guest. I convinced my friend to come here instead of his favorite pho restaurant, and now this is his new favorite pho restaurant too. My day was pretty sad and kind of crappy, due to a death in the family and a hard day at a new job, and dinner here and Ming Ming's personality just truly was a blessing and ended my day on a happy note. However, they serve the noodle in plastic bowls—likely due to local custom—whereas I personally feel that piping-hot dishes like noodle taste better when served in ceramic bowls.
