“I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this restaurant, from the drinks to the food and the exceptional service. This was my first experience with this style of cuisine, and I am already looking forward to my next time. Even two of my children, who are notoriously picky eaters, are eager to return. Thank you, and Jesus Bless all! 💜🕊️✝️“

“Little hole in the wall restaurant that is easily overlooked but if you stop in, you’ll have a choice from many great, traditional Vietnamese dishes. Service was great when we were there. Just the owner that night, one cute little lady. She was awesome“

“My very first visit to Mama Pho won me over from the very start. I was greeted by a very pretty waitress by the name ViVi. She was so nice and sweet. The food was served in a timely manner. It was so fresh and very delicious. I'm from SC and just happened to be in the area today. But I'll be sure to stop in the next time I'm over this way. I'm gonna request ViVi because she was so patient and so kind. She even helped me out with the menu! 😀 I got 5 star service and I highly recommend this spot to anyone! 5*“

“Wow, a hidden gem!! Skip your regular restaurant if you’re craving authentic homemade style pho. I can smell the flavors from a distant that I wanted to try. The pho here rivals the best in GA. Broth is soooo flavorful balanced with the green herbs aroma reminds me of Vietnam. A little on the oily side which I like cause it tells you that they make it from scratch. Meat was fresh. Noodles consistency was perfect. Rau ma drink tasted a little diluted.“

“OMG, I finally found a restaurant with beef noodle soup that is closest to the taste in Vietnam. The beef noodle soup here has rare beef, flowered beef shank (not the meat used for pho), blood, pork sausage, Hue pepper rolls, rich broth with meat stew, lemongrass, not onion, garlic, lemongrass and then poured into a bowl. . Looks simple but keeps the flavor of beef noodle soup! Highly recommend!!!!“

“"It's like a consensual sexual assault on the senses." "I feel like I got hit with tear gas. Flavorful, delicious, spicy tear gas." I was first introduced to pho when I was 22 and working at a Korean law firm. For the past 11 years, pho has been my go-to meal for everything: hangover, common cold, emotional comfort. I'd not be exaggerating to estimate I've been going to different pho restaurants at least once a week for 11 years. This is the very first one where a waiter or staff member has suggested something and said "that's the way we eat it in Vietnam." Our waiter suggested a sauce mixture (the base of which is his homemade recipe) that had my husband saying the two quotes at the beginning of this review. And he added "it's like a Vietnamese holy water, purging the demons from my sinuses" before we left. I'd highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back - hopefully we'll get more "back in Vietnam" recommendations too! It adds so much to the experience when someone shares their passion and homeland experiences with you - it is obvious food here is cooked with love. I took the picture when we were almost done because it was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture at the beginning.“

“Hidden gem inside the market. The food here definitely reminds us of Vietnam, and we travel there every single year. This is probably the most authentic Vietnamese snacks and desserts you can get in ATL. Oh we also got canh bun from next door at Quan Ong Map featured in the pictures.“

“The Bún Măng Vịt here is amazing! The duck was tender and flavorful, the bamboo shoot broth was rich and comforting, and the ginger fish sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and tangy — just like how it’s made back home in Vietnam. Truly authentic and satisfying.
What made the experience even better was the service from Phong. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. He checked on us often, gave great suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Phong, for making our visit so enjoyable!“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“So delicious. Our 2nd time there. Our daughter (10 months old) is a picky eater and she loves the xiu mai chao, tropical fruit salad, and bone marrow pho broth. Once we find a place she loves, we always come back. My personal favorites: the Szechuan noodles with crispy salmon & lychee lemonade!“

“The atmosphere was relaxed but nice. I liked the decor and the lighting. The service was friendly and the value was great! We each had beef pho, but my husband went with spicy broth. Both were delicious! The portion was enough to bring home leftovers for our kids. It was a 30 minute drive, but we'll worth it and we will keep them on the top of our list for pho.“

“Com Mai Vietnamese Grill is a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that my friends and I love visiting on weekends. The atmosphere here is cozy, warm, and beautifully decorated with an Asian style. The soft yellow lighting reminds me of family meals back home.
The Special Broken Rice platter includes steamed pork loaf, fried egg, grilled pork chop, grilled shrimp, grilled fish cake, meatballs, shredded pork skin, served with rice and fresh vegetables. The meal also comes with a bowl of soup and traditional Vietnamese fish sauce.
The Canh Bun has a delicious authentic Vietnamese-style broth. The toppings include tofu, snail cake, crab paste, and water spinach. The rice noodles are perfectly chewy and flavorful. The restaurant thoughtfully serves fresh lime, fresh chili, and even a small pair of scissors so customers can easily cut the chili peppers.
The fresh spring rolls with shrimp, pork, vegetables, and vermicelli are very tasty and appealing. The traditional peanut sauce is absolutely delicious.
The food is served very quickly.
They always provide complimentary iced tea along with the friendly smile of Ms. Mai, the owner.
We will definitely come back again for another cozy family-style weekend dinner.“

“I have been here for about 15 years and finally give them a review. Most typical Vietnamese don’t give reviews and I’m one of them ?. We either come back if it’s good or don’t come back if it’s not good. Food is excellent and still the same for past 15 years and the same owners. My favorite is bún chả cá (fish cakes noodles) and bánh canh cua (crab noodles). My husband likes cơm tấm đặc biệt 7 món (7 special combinations broken rice) and bún bò huế (spicy beef noodles). They all are good. They are like home made food and I typically order them on the days that I don’t want to cook. Give them a try and help the owners stay in business.“

“This was our first time dining here and it did not disappoint. We shared the Bahn mi sandwich as an appetizer. Our server suggested chicken. OMG that sandwich was DELICIOUS. I also tried the Taro smoothie with boba and it was on point. My pho was so tasty and my niece loved her noodles with shrimp and chicken. The staff was great and attentive. I highly recommend stopping by if you are near The Mall of Georgia.“

“Wassup world?! Back at my usual spot for pho & banh mi, but this time, my sis was the one craving it--not me. I wasn't really feeling it, so I just ate what she ordered. She got the large #1 combo pho, grilled pork with rice, combo banh mi, and Thai tea. Overall, this visit was a 7/10. If you've been here before, you already know how the service is--servers running around like crazy, but they're super attentive. Here's the breakdown: * #1 Pho Combo - 6/10 The broth was kinda bland that night. Usually, it hits, but this time? Meh. * Grilled Pork Plate - 9/10 Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Pair it with the pickled carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fish sauce? Absolute fire. * Combo Banh Mi - 6/10 Ehh, it was just okay. Nothing too exciting. * Thai Tea - 7/10 Loved the tall drink container (super cute), but the tea wasn't that sweet, and the boba was just alright. Would I come back? Of course--this is still my spot! They stay open 'til 3AM, so it's always a solid late-night option. Guess it just depends on the day because different days = different flavors. Pull up and see for yourself!“

“The best canh bún I've ever had since I moved to the U.S. It's authentic. The flavor is the same as the one I had in Vietnam, which is very hard to find somewhere else. The staff is very nice. The service is quick. Everything is packed well and clean. Bún bò and soup nui are good as well. They deserve to have more people come and try their food.“
