I know customer service is a lost thing these days, but Dave definitely deserves some recognition also corporate if you’re reading this you need to give Dave a raise this man is working above and beyond. Zach also helped me take my pizza out to my car not only did he open the store door for me, but he also opened my car door so that I can get my pizza in. This is above and beyond service. I’m quite pleasantly pleased. Kudos to Dave and Zach.“

“We placed a curbside order at the Statham subway and on our way there it said the order was cancelled. I called and spoke to to Levi. He was very nice, went above and beyond to help. They did get our order and he made it for us right away. Thank you Levi. And the sandwiches he made were amazing!!“

“I stopped coming to this location over a year ago because the customer service was consistently disappointing. Even when it wasn’t busy, it would take forever to get food, and the staff often came off as unfriendly or just plain rude.
I happened to be in the area today and decided to give it another shot, and I’m really glad I did. TJ at the drive-thru completely changed the experience. She was patient, genuinely pleasant, and actually engaged in a way you don’t see often anymore. She made thoughtful suggestions, not in a pushy way, but in a way that showed she cared about both the customer and representing the store well.
It honestly made a big difference. I hope she gets recognized for that—not just with words, but in a way that actually benefits her. That kind of service is rare and worth acknowledging.“

“I’ve never had a bad experience here. I walked in today and it was very busy. I watched this team clear the drive thru and lobby out while the OWNER and GM were both hard at work with their team. “I go here very often because the sausage cheese croissants are my sons absolute favorite! I order them on the app and I pull up and they are always ready. Almost every time we see Ms. Tina, she is so kind and prompt! She is very good at her job! She wasn't there on Monday and my son was sad he did not see Ms. Tina! “I needed a last-minute birthday cake and was so happy to find they had a great variety already available in the freezer—like Oreo and Reese’s Cup—so I didn’t even have to call ahead. They also did an excellent job with the writing on the cake! The best part of all was the taste, it was just like I remembered from when I was a kid, but even better with the Oreo Blizzard twist. “Great Customer Service!
Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.“

We were a little disappointed at our last visit though, some customers that came in behind us had their dog with them that was walking around the restaurant. “As soon as my Husband walked in, we were greeted-which usually sets the atmosphere when you walk in anywhere. We were acknowledged immediately, even with the drive-thru being busy. The shift manager James Pirkle was there running the front counter and the drive-thru, with a lady in the kitchen dropping food on the line. James had the most genuine disposition, answered all of our questions, and was cheerful, polite, and informative. He explained that my husband's chicken criossan'wich was cook-to-order and would take about 4 minutes. We actually only waited 1 minute because the lady heard our order and dropped the chicken in the fryer. My husband and I travel alot and eat out quite frequently. I have to say, James gave the best service we have had in a very long time- especially in the fast food industry! The service was fast (shout out to the cook! ❤️), the dinning area was clean, and the food was hot & fresh. I had to give a 5-star review.“

“I went in for breakfast this morning and I had the BEST bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit ever! The service was incredible and honestly it was the cleanest Burger King I have ever seen! I will definitely be going to this location for now on. The manager Karen is amazing and friendly to her guests.“

“The food is delicious however because some people have had issues with thinking their pizza was undercooked (when it wasn't. Papa John's cheese just melts differently.) they started putting the toppings under the cheese which causes them to get soggy. I remedy this by calling after placing my order online to request my toppings be on top of the cheese.“

“This is absolutely the best subway around Debbie is the best she is always nice and very helpful and she gets you in and out in no time the place is very clean and she cuts up with everybody that comes in and the other employees are great to i visit this location about 3 times a week the food always looks fresh and good“

“Went here around 8 pm with a large group of adults and kids. Service was fast and friendly, we got all of our food together, at a reasonable time and hot! Very clean, I do wish the stores atmosphere was a bit more beachy/coastal American vibes, but for a fast food fried seafood place, it was good. We had their fish, shrimp fried deals so we saved a lot of money for a group of 4 adults and 5 kids. It was a great time!“
