“Dave was incredible when above and beyond not only did he get my order done so quickly, but he was so pleasant and engaging with me. I know customer service is a lost thing these days, but Dave definitely deserves some recognition also corporate if you’re reading this you need to give Dave a raise this man is working above and beyond. Zach also helped me take my pizza out to my car not only did he open the store door for me, but he also opened my car door so that I can get my pizza in. This is above and beyond service. I’m quite pleasantly pleased. Kudos to Dave and Zach.“

“We placed a curbside order at the Statham subway and on our way there it said the order was cancelled. I called and spoke to to Levi. He was very nice, went above and beyond to help. They did get our order and he made it for us right away. Thank you Levi. And the sandwiches he made were amazing!!“

“I stopped coming to this location over a year ago because the customer service was consistently disappointing. Even when it wasn’t busy, it would take forever to get food, and the staff often came off as unfriendly or just plain rude.
I happened to be in the area today and decided to give it another shot, and I’m really glad I did. TJ at the drive-thru completely changed the experience. She was patient, genuinely pleasant, and actually engaged in a way you don’t see often anymore. She made thoughtful suggestions, not in a pushy way, but in a way that showed she cared about both the customer and representing the store well.
It honestly made a big difference. I hope she gets recognized for that—not just with words, but in a way that actually benefits her. That kind of service is rare and worth acknowledging.“

“We love the Winder DQ. We went to the buford on at 2295 buford highway it was awful and I asked fir the manager. Apparently it was the owner and he fit nothing. Never came out. The one in winder has always been great. The team their is awesome. We take our kids 1x a month we love it. $7 meals are great“

Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.“

“My family and I stop there basically every Sunday morning on the way to church. We patronize the gas station quite often I grab something from the Burger King. Tina, who works EVERY Sunday morning is an absolute sweetheart. 99% of the time she is running the lobby register and the drive thru. She's always courteous. We were a little disappointed at our last visit though, some customers that came in behind us had their dog with them that was walking around the restaurant. And they all started vaping and grossed out my kids. Nobody said anything to them, didn't like that.“

“I had such a pleasant experience at the Wendy’s in winder yesterday. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associates name but she was working the window on 11/10 around 11:50 a.m. She was extremely pleasant, professional, & provided the best customer service that I have received in a while. “This place is nicer than I expected. They have great customer service for sure and I feel that is so important! I have never ate inside so I can’t really rate the inside. The times when I have walked in for my order, the place looked clean. I used to always get the fish sandwich meal and it was always good. Sometimes I’d get fries and sometimes I’d get the okra as my side and that fried okra definitely hits the spot. There have been a couple of times when it seemed like it was cooked in old grease but those times are rare….but let me tell you.. one day I decides to try their $5.99 lobster roll meal and boy oh boy I have a new fave! I definitely did not think that Captain D’s could make a good lobster roll but it’s definitely tasty!
I recommend it to anyone who likes lobster. The only complaint I have is that the meal doesn’t include a drink and serving of fries they give is minimal.“
