“Dave was incredible when above and beyond not only did he get my order done so quickly, but he was so pleasant and engaging with me. I know customer service is a lost thing these days, but Dave definitely deserves some recognition also corporate if you’re reading this you need to give Dave a raise this man is working above and beyond. Zach also helped me take my pizza out to my car not only did he open the store door for me, but he also opened my car door so that I can get my pizza in. This is above and beyond service. I’m quite pleasantly pleased. Kudos to Dave and Zach.“

“We placed a curbside order at the Statham subway and on our way there it said the order was cancelled. I called and spoke to to Levi. He was very nice, went above and beyond to help. They did get our order and he made it for us right away. Thank you Levi. And the sandwiches he made were amazing!!“

The big sign on menu says the 4 piece chicken finger combo is 6.99, but the lady at the register said the 6.99 combo is 3 fingers. when I protested I didn't get much response. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it, but she told me the 4 piece is 9 dollars. I pointed at the sign that said it was 7 dollars for the 4 piece. Only got 3 fingers. Wierd“

“I needed a last-minute birthday cake and was so happy to find they had a great variety already available in the freezer—like Oreo and Reese’s Cup—so I didn’t even have to call ahead. They also did an excellent job with the writing on the cake! The best part of all was the taste, it was just like I remembered from when I was a kid, but even better with the Oreo Blizzard twist. Absolutely delicious! 🤌🏼“

Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.“

She was patient, genuinely pleasant, and actually engaged in a way you don’t see often anymore. “I had such a pleasant experience at the Wendy’s in winder yesterday. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associates name but she was working the window on 11/10 around 11:50 a.m. She was extremely pleasant, professional, & provided the best customer service that I have received in a while. “We just finished eating and I had to come on here to give a compliment. (A good review) It’s been a while since we’ve had Capt D’s and today it was outstanding. First the drive thru service was fast and friendly.. then when I got our 3 meals home they were hot, fresh and perfect. (like it used to be back in the 80’s & 90’s) The pieces of fish were large and perfectly cooked.. my baked potato was the perfectly cooked.. everything was delicious. I tried to call to give them an attaboy but they didn’t answer.
So thank for a great dinner!! 😊

“I went in for breakfast this morning and I had the BEST bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit ever! The service was incredible and honestly it was the cleanest Burger King I have ever seen! I will definitely be going to this location for now on. The manager Karen is amazing and friendly to her guests.“

“Nicholas was extremely helpful, honest and polite. The Parmesan crusted cheese steak papadilla was phenomenal!!! Definitely get that again. The pizza was decent but the chicken poppers leave a lot to be desired. It was my first time there and I WILL go again and try other menu options. For a first experience I would give 5/5 for customer service. 5/5 got food in a timely manner. 4/5 for the food“

“The food is delicious however because some people have had issues with thinking their pizza was undercooked (when it wasn't. Papa John's cheese just melts differently.) they started putting the toppings under the cheese which causes them to get soggy. I remedy this by calling after placing my order online to request my toppings be on top of the cheese.“
