How do you expect for customers to be happy when you read through comments from over a year ago and see someone made the same complaint you have now. What is the point in staying open until 8pm if you stop serving ice cream at 7:30. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This location has gone downhill since the change of ownership. They are constantly out of stock. How is this even possible? To Never have marshmallow crème yet have an ice cream creation which has the crème as an ingredient. The location is always dirty and the customer leaves a lot to be desired. Please sell to owners who care about owner experience.
