“My girlfriend and I stopped here on the way back from Atlanta for dinner. The service was great, the food was fast, and the baconator fries were on point. I also tried the new grilled chicken wrap. Just the wrap filled me up. It is a big wrap. I was very pleased.“
“Jeniyah has the best customer service. She's multitasking and still getting things correct!!! We have been to several locations recently and keep being disappointed, but Jeniyah changed that streak at her location. We were just hoping our food was fresh and good, but when we got there we got so much more because of Jeniyah and the slim young man with a black hoodie and red squiggly lines all over who got our extra ice, ketchup, and napkins. The customer service and food exceeded expectations. The entire shift seemed to vibe and work well together. Thank you Jeniyah (even though i messed up your name🤦🏽♀️😅 my apologies)“
“Ashley is the only reason I’m giving this location 5 stars. She is so nice, patient and makes me feel like she cares about my experience at Wendy’s. Customer service top tier. Joann pisses me off every time I come to this location she needs to be at home or just sitting in the office the whole time because customer service is not her thing. Going forward I will check if Joann is at work so I can find another spot. Thank you Ashley for being amazing.“
“It’s not very often that I go to a fast food restaurant and have a great experience all around. There’s usually something that’s off, whether it be the food wasn’t fresh but customer service was pretty good or customer service is trash and the food is ok. But today, my kids and I ate inside. Now, we’ve eaten from this Wendy’s before and it was ehhh…but today, the food was so fresh and GOOD, and the customer service was exceptional! And I am always surprised and very grateful when I receive exceptional customer service from somewhere because nowadays it’s rare. The restaurant was also clean inside. I know a lot of people are quick to leave bad reviews but I had to take the time out to leave this good one. I want to shoutout the woman who took our order and packed our food. Her name is Sheriah. She was amazing! Kudos to her!“
