“I have been coming to this IHOP once or twice a month for over two years. The food is always good and I have to admit I have a favorite server (shout out to Sabrina!) who is friendly and always asked about my family. Today, I asked for a specific booth/table combination and they accommodated my request. I appreciate the manager, Jay, always is working alongside his staff! Edited to add Sunday afternoon it wasn't as busy as it was last Saturday.“

“Always a pleasure eating here. The hospitality and attentiveness always amazes me. Also, not trying to sound creepy but I "people watch" the grill operators. They are like a fine-oiled machine. Especially the "Rockstar" guy. I swear he's part octopus with many arms and he doesn't seem to get into anyone's way as he does his magic. Rock On... Mr. ROCKSTAR! m/“

“When I ordered a breakfast plate (bacon, eggs etc) with salmon patties on the side $6. I never received my patties or a refund. They should seal each order where no one can access it accept who it’s attended for. Other than that the food is good and affordable.“

“This location is way better than the one on ponce. The waiter we had was amazing i didn't catch her name but the atmosphere was way more friendlier and generous. Our food was amazing and quick the service was amazing. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone.“

“Local spot with great food and great prices. While we waited, we chatted up with Mack, a regular. We were very pleased with the food, prices and overall feel of a neighborhood food spot. The grits were spot on and the burrito was tasty. Turkey sausage and potatoes were great along with the French toast. All this for under $20.“
