What a treasure. The menu was very upscale and unique. They have a chef who really enjoys food. Hard to decide what to choose. Luckily our waiter was fantastic. We had a great meal. Highly recommend the mushroom toast appetizer and corn pudding side. My husband had a huge slab of ribs that were just as good the next day. Great French fries as well with more interesting dipping sauces than ketchup I had the trout which was so excellent Too bad we were just passing through

Cherokee Rose BBQ bar & kitchen offers an awesome dining experience in Stone Mountain Village. The menu features delicious options such as smoked pork hash, lightly breaded catfish fillet sandwich, and a unique spin on Brunswick stew. The restaurant also serves a perfect biscuit with sweet butter. Live music enhances the awesome atmosphere, creating an ambiance that many appreciate. The service is great, with attentive staff like Marla, who is friendly and nice. The short rib is pretty amazing, with plenty of meat and oh, so tender. They cook the ribs for 14 hours, achieving a dark, hard bark on the outside that is still good. The meat inside is moist and tender, and the sides, like green beans, are tasty. Other dishes, including the Appalachian stew, crispy whole okra, and cherry smoked prime rib, looked just as appetizing. The atmosphere, service, and food are highly praised, making it a recommended spot for dining.
