Got my order very fast but did not enjoy my fish at all. Got whole catfish and fried okra, the fish didn't seem to be seasoned. I would not get it again. Might try something else at another location, I hadn't been in many years but used to enjoy JJ's.
Food was great! I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp and it was fantastic. A bit pricey but good food. The service I received was nice. Of course the atmosphere was not thr best though. Good to get your food and go.

The food is always hot and fresh! However, if you happen to order by phone and have it picked up or delivered, because of the extreme heat or freshness, it can be on the soggy side by the time you are ready to eat it Tonight, I paid $10 for two pieces of catfish, the fish was fresh. As soon as I ordered it, I left to pick it up and because it was not a large order, I arrived there and had to wait for it. It was good and I did not have to use any lemon to remove any fishy taste....read full review
