“Here’s what I love about my experience. The girl working behind the counter was slightly overwhelmed with orders and anyone watching and waiting can clearly see she’s the only working. She handled herself very well. Communicated with every customer apologizing for the long wait and she was still smiling through it.

I think that kinda attitude is what satisfies a customer and we’re ok with waiting a while to get what we came for. My orders are always right, juices are always fresh! Add great customer service on top of that and I’m a happy customer.

“So I've been following your page about 2 months and I just kept thinking how much my daughter would like it. So being that it's graduation week my daughter graduated 5th grade and is going into 6th as an honor roll student I decided this would be a little treat for our first day off. When I tell you I was not disappointed... I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!!! From the fun and vibrant colors when you walk in the door to the very helpful and sweet young woman behind the counter named TT and to the treat itself.. COMPLETELY LOVED IT!!! The pineapple whip is absolutely delicious. I got the Georgia peach tea slushie with pineapple Dole whip and I will be getting that again it was so refreshing so delicious! My daughter got the dolenada(pineapple dole with chamoy and tajin. It was delicious!!! From walking in the door until we walked out the door TT made the whole experience and truly is an asset to your brand!! We will be back and will bring friends. Ps. “One of the nicest smoothie kings I’ve been to. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I got in front, the rep was nice and friendly. Wasn’t too much of a wait time here. Although she was by herself, she was very efficient and got 3 of us in and out quickly.

“Mokhaport is a coffee shop featuring Ethiopian and Yemini coffee and teas. They also offer smoothies and food items with a sizable quantity of Halal, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and Soy-Free offerings. The majority of their food is made in-house. Mokhaport has an intimate seating area with Wifi and a generous number of electrical outlets. Mokaport has some of the best customer service for a coffee shop. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions and provide recommendations regarding the menu offerings. You are actually provided a sample of your coffee/tea item before it is finalized. My go-to drink is the Dirty Adani (Sweet Yemini Chai with a shot of coffee) with brown sugar and oat milk. Pro tip: save your receipt via text, which makes it easier to duplicate your beverage order once you have found the perfect drink. I visit this coffee shop every time I am in the area, as the coffees, teas, and service are impeccable. I am looking forward to trying the smoothies, cheesecake, and some of the savory food products like the beef patty and cheese pastry.“

“My family loves this place! Very few places are able to make great ice cream AND great boba but Roll-O-Coaster does! So far everything we’ve tried, we’ve liked but my absolute favorites are the Matcha ice cream as well as the Thai Tea with regular boba. The owners and family are awesome too. Highly recommend!!“

“I absolutely love this deli style restaurant because it’s in a gym that throws you off how good the theme taste because you wouldn’t believe the food would taste good and still be healthy. There’s so many drinks series that the menu comes off a bit messy, but the drinks were great. I got the strawberry funnel less sweet and it’s the perfect sweetness. Boba was soft and tasted great. “To say the staff here are amazing would be falling extremely short of the mark. Each and every one of them have their own unique style and it all blends so perfectly together. She took her time to go over the menu, researched things I could intake for my condition, and even offered to look into modifications to the menu that could help with health issues. “This was our second time coming here as our first time we didn’t have the best experience. We were told they were short staffed that day and we felt it. “Food was great but sort of pricey. Service wasn’t the best though... the two girls working at the front seemed like they hate their job and the owner/manager definitely has an attitude. Kids were running around everywhere and screaming. Also, I understand the bathroom is for customers only, but having to beg the employees/manager for the key and then receiving an attitude, while several people were waiting to use the bathroom, was ridiculous. So yes I do recommend it for the food, but next time I would take it to go. Don’t recommend it for the terrible service though. La comida si esta bien rica pero todo esta caro. “4.0 was a fun spot for my guests and I to try while in the area! They have lots of unique and special drinks compared to a few nearby alternative shops, as well as a few dessert snacks available. They have great ice cream too, which is a hard find for boba shops and a great option for these hot months! The interior was very nice and clean, a great vibe for us to sit and hang out for a while. The restrooms were unfortunately not well stocked, but that is my only complaint.“
