“A random pick that proved to be excellent! The wings were perfectly cooked, and little extra touches impressed me. Like the celery was served chilled and wrapped in foil, served away from the hot food, and the sauced wings were separated from the fries by wax paper! This extra time and attention improved the quality of my serving, and took extra time and materials and showed attention to detail. And to top it off, the place, all the way to the restroom, was impeccably clean and orderly! I will seek this place out again when il in the area!“

“This is one of our go-to spots during the week. The food is good, served hot, and priced reasonably. Service is good, servers are attentive, kitchen staff gets it right everything we have ordered. The atmosphere is comfortable and facilities are clean.
I also learned this place serves as a Pancake House from 7a-2p and a Cuban Restaurant from 2p-10pm. We are looking forward to exploring the Cuban cuisine next.“

“We frequently hit the Buford friends as they are always very accommodating to our large party. Bruce, the owner always takes the extra step to make sure everyone has exactly what they need. They discontinued the extremely hot wing sauce that is my default go to but they’re always willing to mix a batch on request. Only complaint is we had a hard time getting drink refills. And it took a long time to be able to put an order in for our food. Waitresses just seemed to disappear for bits at a time but were good when they were around.

Definitely highly recommend the deep fried green tomatoes!!! They were a family favorite for sure. Honestly all of the food we got everyone loved. It seems you can’t go wrong here.“

I don't drink beer, so I can't comment on the drinks, but we did order a variety of food. The parker house rolls were very good! And reasonably priced. The burger was well prepared, and the double-stacked patty was nice to see as it felt like a great serving of meat (I hate thin burgers). The fries were hot and fresh. My only complaint, and the reason I deducted a star, is my entrée (the grilled trout) came out significantly later than everyone else's food, which was a bummer as I was the only one not eating. And I received no apology or compensation for the late food. Maybe just an "off" day for kitchen. Everything else was well enjoyed.“

“Tannery Ale House hosted a Rehearsal Dinner for about 35 people for our son and daughter in-laws wedding last week. The food was amazing, all the guests raved about it, even days later. We had the Pitmaster buffet and the brisket and the peach cobbler is not to be missed! There was so much food, plenty for everyone and then some... The rustic setting of the party room was perfect and having our own private bar was so convenient. The service was on spot and the bartender was great as well.
