“I just want to support the owner of this business and really hope they will pay attention to the service and staff, they are very slow and sometimes do not know what kind of drink I am requesting (it’s a regular Starbucks drinks). “We stopped on our way through today. My son wanted a happy meal, so we were looking for a McDonald's. We nearly missed this one though. It isn't well marked and there is no 'golden arches' lifted up so that you know you're approaching a McDonald's. Every McDonald's in our hometown has a sign lifted up so you see it, but this one didn't and when you're driving with a ton of traffic, one small sign by the road isn't going to be noticed very well.
But, I did happen to catch it as I was passing it, and yanked the car into the lot. It was about 3pm. There was a ton of traffic on the road, but only a handful in the drive through. The employees that interacted with us were friendly and didn't act like they were just trying to rush us through (well the manager did a little... but I think that's the standard for managers).
The food:
The food was better than I expected. The nuggets and fries were fresh, which was wonderful. I had a McChicken and it was ok- the chicken was cooked well, and there was a decent amount of lettuce, but there was three or four times as much mayo as is normal. As I bit into it, mayo was falling out and plopping into my lap. So I used a napkin and wiped some out. Then it was much better.
But the fries were spectacular. McDonald's fries are inconsistent in my experience, and I was happy to actually have some fresh, perfectly salted fries. Aside from too much mayo, my other complaint would be regarding dip (for the nuggets). My son had a six piece nugget and asked for sweet and sour. I get 6-piece nugget meals for my kids every month or so, and almost every time there are 2 sauces. When I worked at McDonald's years ago, 2 sauces were issued with a 6 piece (1 for a 4-piece, 3 for a 10-piece). Since we are always given 2 with each 6 piece, I would imagine that the policy is the same. However, my son was only given 1 dip. He made it work of course, but I don't like that a store is trying to save pennies by holding out sauces when they should be issued with the nuggets. The cost of the happy meal is established to include 2 cups of dip. So only giving 1 cup of dip is not ethical or honest, in my opinion. The next time I go to my local store I am going to confirm with them.. but I've received 2 cups at every store (save the ones that forget the dip entirely) so it must be the standard.
So if you order nuggets and ask for sauce, make sure to check how many that you are given.“

“Wow this place was great. AMAZING espresso tonic, and my fiancé had a perfectly balanced matcha latte. It was tucked back in a strip mall but absolutely packed with people, young crowd, seemed like a lot of students studying and doing their thing. really good vibe, friendly people up front, cozy atmosphere. We kind of just stumbled upon this place but i would come back for sure, really solid option in the area.“
