However, service has become a major issue. Lately after an year, service is taking a turn towards worse. It is especially not good during Sunday morning breakfast times. The counter staff barely responds, and half the crew seems lost. Utensils are request only, and customers have to keep asking for plates and cutlery. Servers in the back show their long shift irritation on customers. The restaurant clearly prioritizes online deliveries, causing a 45-minute wait for biryani. While food taste is still good, the overall food experience has been bad due to the poor service.
