“I visited Aji Japanese restaurant last week. I was very satisfied with the clean interior and the kind service from the waitress.
The Fish Katsu and the Miso Ramen were excellent. The Takoyaki we ordered as an appetizer was also very delicious.
I would love to come back again next time with my children.“

“I come here for donkatsu (pork cutlet) once a week, and they've never steered me wrong. For the price, the cutlet is so good, the sauce is amazing. The service has also been great, but probably helped that they ended up knowing my name because I came so often LOL.“

“Very clean and simple layout featuring a sushi bar as you walk in and both indoor and outdoor seating.

We were greeted quickly and shown to a table immediately.

Our complete order ended up being: 2 waters, 1 cold green tea, 5 rolls, 1 Chef's Nigiri, and 2 Green Tea Ice Creams.

We were presented with miso soup to begin, along with kimchi, shredded daikon, marinated broccoli, and pickled onion.

Loved that they gave us soup spoons and chopsticks without the usual fork, knife, and spoon.

For the rolls we ordered Garlic Crunch Roll, Hide and Seek Roll, Mango Tango Roll, Volcano Roll, and Golden Tiger Roll.

Nigiri was fresh and their rice was good.

I don't know where/who they get the green tea ice cream from, but it was the perfect ending for the meal.

Have easily spent the same amount at flashier, popular sushi places and gotten lower quality, so this was a solid homerun in our book.“

“By far the best Japanese restaurant I've been to in Atlanta. Even compared to restaurants in Japan, Tokyo Shokudo would still be one of the best. Starting with appetizers, the skewers were amazing, the yakitori and shiitake mushrooms were some of the best I've ever had. For the entree, we ordered the Take Chirashi Don, and the sashimi was all incredibly fresh and high quality, with the rice and other assortments perfectly complimenting the fish. A vegetarian in our party ordered the agedashi tofu, and although I wasn't expecting much, the dish turned out to be a surprising favorite. The sauce is light yet fragrant and was absorbed into the tofu, giving it a very complex umami flavor. Would highly recommend going out of your way to visit.“

“Fresh sushi, good quality AYCE — service could be friendlier

We came here for AYCE sushi and the food was honestly really good — fresh fish and the rice portion was not overly heavy (which I really appreciate compared to some other sushi places). Everything tasted clean and well-balanced.

That said, the service wasn’t very welcoming. There wasn’t much greeting or friendliness, and when we asked a simple question about holiday pricing, the response felt a bit cold and rushed. The food also came out automatically, so there wasn’t much table service besides clearing plates.

Overall, great sushi quality and a solid AYCE option, but I wish the customer service was warmer. I’d still come back for the food, just with lower expectations on service.“

“We went for lunch while we were in the area. Easy to find and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

A young girl was working the register and she did an excellent job with the help from mom/sister/aunt. We love family businesses and support local spots like this one.
My boyfriend got 4 types of sushi and said it was all good. I got a hibachi bowl and I loved it, the veggies were clearly fresh, the Udon noodles were seasoned well and the chicken wasn't dry.

The Chicken Pad Thai was perfectly seasoned and a great blend of sweet and spicy and the Red Curry was creamy and rich, also highly recommend the pork gyoza which was actually crispy on the bottom (hard to find in my experience) and juicy! We also got the Shrimp Tempura roll which was delicious! We also thought the portion sizes were very generous and both had enough for leftovers. “Open very late. Service was good even at 2 AM, and the customization options for the Pho was very welcome. Their beverages were pleasant as well. The selection of Japanese and Viet dishes is perfect for late nights, and their self-service tablets make for a streamlined ordering process. “5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! By far the best fried rice in town! Everything is made & cooked to order. Our 9 year old always gets a sushi roll everytime we come here. We are pretty partial to the beef fried rice, but everything we get here is fantastic! It is a small space to dine-in but we always do. Most people get to-go! We like to eat in because the service is great and they already know what we are going to order!“

I called the store and they said they would fix it, but didn’t. So I had to order our entire meal as side items. There were no options listed for sauces. So I called the store to ask for 1 additional sauce (menu cost $1.50). The store manager, Leah, refused, even as I explained that I wasn’t able to order sauces on DoorDash. I will not be ordering from your establishment going forward. That’s terrible customer experience. I’d suggest hiring customer-focused managers.“

“Ordered my food at 10:20. Was told it would be 15-20 mins. Arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later and was told an additional 15 mins was needed. Waited almost 35 mins
to get my food. Although they were unable to complete my order(as well as others waiting) they continued to accept orders over the phone. I will admit my sushi was very good.“

“I'm not from here, so I wanted some good lemon pepper wings wet. When I arrived I asked the man at the counter if the lemon pepper would be wet. He said yes, but when he showed them I really didn't see a lot of sauce. When I say the wings here are delicious, it's not an understatement. The strawberry cheesecake is good too, and I will be returning.“
