You can ask partial quantities to be prepared to be consumed right away—or for later, they will put anything on the side that would cause the bread to get soggy. They also sell banh mi baguettes for 3 for $2, good deal!

“One of the best pho places around, located slightly NE of Atlanta. The food stall is located in the Hong Kong Market's food court-- dining is super casual.
No frills, just good noodle soup.

You know it's authentic when the herbs are plentiful, and soup comes out tongue burning hot. The menu is primarily variations of pho, but also has Bun Bo Hue and Bum Mam.

The pho broth had a deep beef flavor. There was a sheen of fatty broth (nước béo) that made the soup even richer. It was very aromatic with a hint of sweetness. The herbs consisted of the typical selection (thai basil, culantro, bean sprouts. jalapeño, and limes). There were paddy herbs included which is rare (and not to everyone's taste). The noodle-protein-soup ratio was perfect.

Forewarning: It's a one man operated stall, with an occasional assistant. Still, three pho bowls came out in ~10-15 minutes.“

“OMG, I finally found a restaurant with beef noodle soup that is closest to the taste in Vietnam. The beef noodle soup here has rare beef, flowered beef shank (not the meat used for pho), blood, pork sausage, Hue pepper rolls, rich broth with meat stew, lemongrass, not onion, garlic, lemongrass and then poured into a bowl. . Looks simple but keeps the flavor of beef noodle soup! Highly recommend!!!!“

I was first introduced to pho when I was 22 and working at a Korean law firm. For the past 11 years, pho has been my go-to meal for everything: hangover, common cold, emotional comfort. I'd not be exaggerating to estimate I've been going to different pho restaurants at least once a week for 11 years. This is the very first one where a waiter or staff member has suggested something and said "that's the way we eat it in Vietnam." Our waiter suggested a sauce mixture (the base of which is his homemade recipe) that had my husband saying the two quotes at the beginning of this review. And he added "it's like a Vietnamese holy water, purging the demons from my sinuses" before we left. I'd highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back - hopefully we'll get more "back in Vietnam" recommendations too! It adds so much to the experience when someone shares their passion and homeland experiences with you - it is obvious food here is cooked with love. Both were delicious! The portion was enough to bring home leftovers for our kids. It was a 30 minute drive, but we'll worth it and we will keep them on the top of our list for pho.“

“I have been here for about 15 years and finally give them a review. Most typical Vietnamese don’t give reviews and I’m one of them ?. We either come back if it’s good or don’t come back if it’s not good. Food is excellent and still the same for past 15 years and the same owners. My favorite is bún chả cá (fish cakes noodles) and bánh canh cua (crab noodles). My husband likes cơm tấm đặc biệt 7 món (7 special combinations broken rice) and bún bò huế (spicy beef noodles). They all are good. They are like home made food and I typically order them on the days that I don’t want to cook. Give them a try and help the owners stay in business.“

“I work nearby and started stopping by on my way home to get their fresh spring rolls. They were good and convenient to grab. After coming every other day for 2-3 weeks I noticed yesterday the price went from $5.82 to $6.88 more than a dollar jump. I checked other Pho 24 locations and it seems it was just this location that upped their price for it. The I love pho across the street sells the same spring rolls for $4.99 but since it was easier to stop here I could overlook the extra $.80. But now that they are charging $6.88 I will be going to the I love pho. It could be coincidence but it seems weird that they would up the price after coming so much. Even tho it’s just a dollar more that adds up and it put a bad taste in my mouth, enough for me to stop hyper fixating on these fresh spring rolls.“

The sandwich was $5.35 (or something like that), so the prices was great. My banh mi was not very full of "stuff", but for the price, I don't feel cheated.
