“Charles the general manager is a very good customer focused employee. I once dropped my credit card at drive thru and didn’t realize it. Went thru drive thru next day and it was then I had lost my card. I asked the attending clerk if they happen to have found credit card. She asked other employees and Charles said he had seen it on the pavement outside of drive thru. Charles picked up the card and locked it up. He has made manager since then. He is very kind a patient and takes care of his customers. Hardee’s along with other competitors in our area struggle to keep the doors open for us.
