The food was absolutely fantastic — every bite was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was our waitress, Mandy. Mandy was simply amazing. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and personal, taking the time to make us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. She went above and beyond to help make our son’s birthday feel special, and her kindness and energy brought a smile to all of our faces — even after a long, sandy day at the beach. It’s rare to find a place where the food and the service are equally top-notch, but this restaurant nailed it. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we could come back. Huge thanks to Mandy and the whole team for making a special day even more memorable!“

“We had a nice dinner here. The food was well-prepared and plentiful. Our server gave the right amount of attention to our table. Everyone was happy with their food - my son got the smash burger, his friend and I both had the shrimp and grits, and my husband had the scallops. It was nicely done and the flavors are just right.“

“My wife and I found Huc A Poos on our honeymoon back in 2019 and feel in love with the place. We try to go back to Tybee, at least every other year, and we make sure that Huc A Poos is one of the main places we eat at.“

“Had the grilled jerk chicken sandwich on gluten-free bun it was the best chicken sandwich I ever had definitely recommend.“

“went with a friend. We each got a single scoop of ice cream (no toppings). It was $18.. before being prompted to tip. There is a reason they don't have a complete list of prices listed. The man at the register made a bit of an unappreciated remark. He said the guy dipping ive cream was giving generous portions (which was comical).. and tried to act like we got double scoops. (we did not) won't be back.“
