The food is excellent, a little pricey, but the portions are VERY generous, so I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The service is consistently top-notch, I'm never given a problem or a hard time from the staff, which is difficult to find at quite a few places now, and they genuinely seem happy to see you there. They just upgraded the seating, it's a comfortable, hassle-free dining experience.“

“If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that feels like home with food that tastes like heaven, Yummies Cafe in Riverdale, GA, is it! My family and I recently visited for breakfast, and we were blown away by the quality and care that went into every bite. The pancakes were the perfect mix of fluffy and crispy, with golden edges that added the ideal crunch. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bacon? It was everything bacon should be… crispy, smoky, and satisfying. The fried chicken was a standout, perfectly seasoned and fried to a golden, juicy crisp. But the real star of the meal? The cinnamon honey biscuits!!! These were hands down the best biscuits we’ve ever had… soft, buttery, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth heavenly! The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. Yummies Cafe is a hidden gem that truly lives up to its name. “This is the best bar on the southside. Manny is the best bartender in my opinion. He always acknowledges you when you come in and makes sure you have a good time. Nick and a few other staff also are good about stepping in to help out it make's your experience great. This bar gives you that home away from home vibe most of us in our 30s look for.“

“Barrio ATL is an entire VIBEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I ended up here on a Thursday. I was in the Cascade area and in the mood for tacos. After a search on Yelp Barrio ATL popped up and was where we headed for the night. As a heads up, Barrio ATL sits in the corner of the strip plaza. As such, the parking can be a bit tight so be sure to choose a space accordingly. Upon walking in, the ambiance puts you in the mindset of a trendy hookah lounge. Wall seating, chairs, and tables are to the left, and a VIP area style is to the right. The DJ is directly to the left of the VIP area and the bar area is to the left of the DJ. The building is medium-sized and build rectangular so there is ample length as compared to the width. There was no one at the Hostess booth when I walked in, however, the young lady got up from one of the tables in the back, greeted me, and quickly took us to our table. Once seated, the waitress assigned to our table came over and was super nice and welcoming. She introduced herself as Shay and went over the specials for the night. As the ambiance is more than just a casual bar, Shay’s service was superior. Her personality shined and she enhanced the overall experience of the night. Thank you, Shay! Based on the specials for the night I decided to go with the 3 Chicken Birriia Tacos for $9 (this was a great deal as they are usually $20) and a side of fries. As they didn’t have Sweet Tea on the menu I ordered a bottle of water. Shout out to Barrio ATL for serving Fiji. Ha. Babeeeeeeeeee… Here me when I tell you… I don’t know what kind of potatoes these fries were made with but they were the BOMBBBBBBBB. They were thick, perfectly fried, golden to perfection, and well seasoned. For the record, I would go back for the fries alone. LoL! The birria tacos were good as well. As this was my first time having them I don’t have anything to compare them to, however, I enjoyed the experience. The crunchiness of the taco shell with the well-seasoned chicken. The birria consomé was well seasoned and definitely enhanced the flavor of the taco, as such, for my first birria experience I enjoyed it. Furthermore, if the chicken was this good, I can’t wait to try the beef. Overall Barrio ATL is def one to add to the checklist when you are looking for a vibe. The DJ was on point, the ambiance was hittin like it needed to be, and the overall flow of the environment was ideal for a kick it/unwind/grab a drink type of vibe.“

“Good customer.This restaurant has a wide variety of food to offer. I had the Alabama Chicken Pasta. It was delicious, however the name is misleading. It doesn't come with pasta. It's a melody of peppers, broccoli, onions, and chicken. It is cooked in a white sauce, but not Alfredo. It also came with 2 sides that was included in the price. They also have a steady flow of customers which is a good sign. Overall I had a great experience.“

“The food is top-notch, feels good, and rocks you to sleep, Soul Food. Just like Momma used to good. Turkey wings, grave, Mac n cheese, cabbage, corn bread, and some slap your momma Peach Cobbler. I sat back after eating all of that and said DAMN! It's a little out of my way to go, but I drive around a lot and many times will past by there on my home. It's a stop now for me.“

“I’m starting to suspect that the yummiest food in Atlanta is to be found in spots attached to gas stations🤭 Come Home Eatery is no exception! If I’m in the SWATS early morning then I can count on them for a quick, yummy breakfast w/my choice of bacon, sausage, biscuits, salmon croquettes, grits, and eggs (made to order). Stop by before 11am because they sell out!

Lunch and dinner are both consistently delicious, including the (fall off the bone) BBQ chicken, ribs, (double portion) meatloaf, baked salmon over black beans & corn, cabbage, green beans, and (so d@mn good) macaroni & cheese! As you can see, they don’t skimp on the portions. All made with love. All available for meal prep because Tonya caters too!

She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. “I wanted a hearty, southern-style breakfast before heading back to NC from the south side of the airport, not in a chain restaurant. Donya’s was a happy surprise with decent portions, and reasonable prices. They even offer plant-based sausage to go with the grits, hasbrowns, and toast, and all the usual meat options are on the menu, too. Modest, clean setting next to a BP gas station that mostly serves a take out crowd on styrofoam plates and plastic utensils, but there are a few seats if you want to dine in.“

“I visit today Sunday 8/4/24. I am very familiar with this establishment. The food is good but today I was met with attitude from the little short female meat server. The vegetable server and cashier was good with customer service. I suppose they all are not Christians or maybe christian without christian attitude. Sometimes you are the only Bible people read. The counting of how many Candi yams you give is crazy for the price you pay for a dinner. I think I might go somewhere else for Sunday dinner.“

Staff was inviting and we got seated right away although we all couldn’t sit together we were still in the same area we was 24 ppl deep..I wished I could remember the waitress name cause she was amazing! I had the Catfish with Greens and Mac n cheese, A drink it was good and strong & the fried devil eggs with shrimp & the banana foster pudding. It was all delicious definitely will come back when visiting ATL.“

“I get takeout from This Is It at least twice a week. The food selections are varied & outstanding but we especially love the collards. The waitstaff is exceptional; always greeting me with a smile and even remembering what I usually order.
