Best oysters on the half shell ever - rivaling the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station in New York City. Fried green tomatoes - delicious! Popcorn shrimp terrific! Yummy Cole slaw and cheesy grits. I was amazed and delighted to have found this treasure. Such friendly and fun staff served us very quickly and graciously. Great experience!!!”

I ordered carry out and sat down to wait, and the register person brought me my coffee which I thought was really nice. Another employee brought another opder couple their breakfast. “We catered Sam’s BBQ for my father’s repast. We ordered a full meal with three meats, several sides, cornbread muffins, drinks, etc. to serve 80+ people. The meal was incredible, everyone raved about delicious everything tasted. The delivery was on time and Sam’s team did a great job setting up the food on serving tables with sternos to keep the food warm. I will gladly cater my next meal with Sam’s and recommend you check them out.”

One time our server, Ethan, noticed the sun was shining into the window and bothering my wife. He took the time to change the window blind so the sun was no longer in her eyes. While the food is very good, it is the little things by people like Ethan which will keep us coming back.”

We went for lunch today - the food & service were incredible! I ordered the Barley and Beef Stew, which was rich, hearty, and full of flavor. My friend had the Chicken Noodle Soup and the Waldorf Chicken Salad Sandwich, and she loved that the portions had a petite and perfectly sized. And the Sourdough Crackers… absolutely to die for! We were just sad to have missed Audrey, the true sourdough queen Stewart Sourdough Co. and the brain child of this establishment- owner Heidi Shelley. The variety of teas available was such a treat, and it definitely made us want to come back soon for a full high tea experience. Can’t wait to return!”

“I grew up eating Dixie Cream donuts (from the original location). I am so thrilled for their second location to be minutes from my home. This is my second visit to this Dixie Cream location and it’s been just as pleasant as the first visit. Carmen is such a sweet, professionalism and attentive employee! I appreciate her patience with me and my guests during our last visit as we were inquiring about donuts and contemplating other menu items. During this visit, I didn’t see a big selection but was thankful because all of my favorite donuts were in stock and I was able to try a new donut flavor! I will return soon! “The shift leader on duty today October 28th at 1:30pm went above and beyond. I hate I cannot remember his name. Our keys got locked inside our truck with both of our phones inside. He got the local sheriffs office to come and unlock it for us. Offered us to sit and wait and use his phone as a call back for the dispatcher. Food was good and his kindness will not be quickly forgotten. We make this trip at least once a year so we will now make it a point to try and stop here specifically. Thanks again.”
