“The food is on point, all of it. Portions are huge, and they gave me samples of everything while packing up my order! The collard greens and potato salad are my favorites but they were out of cold slaw already so that may change next time I get food from Sam’s. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“My wife & I had a great time with Wanda. She’s friendly and treated us with so much care and compassion. We had the chicken wings; they were probably the best smoked wings we had. The BBQ sauce is amazing, along with the cole slaw. We will definitely be back.“

“We order here 2 to 3 times a week. I even get my tea here and not the store. This is the 1st time we had any issues and they were exactly as they should be. The girls who answer the phone are fantastic. The food is 99.999% of the time wonderful. If u do run into the 1% chance of an issue they take care of it immediately. I mean we are all human and things happen, definitely doesn't change my thoughts on anything as most places would. I would recommend this to anyone. The brisket is beyond delicious 😋

“Nice selection of food. If you got it when it comes out, the chicken, fish, veggies, and desserts are unbeatable. Once they sit a while, not so much. Plenty of guests did take out, but we ate in. Not really a large group friendly place, but you can take over a section.“

“My family stopped in while traveling and I have to brag on this place. The food was amazing but the service was outstanding!! There was a young lady named Dakota I think, she went above and beyond. She joked with my kids and gave them all bracelets. She is absolutely amazing and we were blessed to have a chance to speak with her. 10/10 recommend!! “Why in the world are my French fries crinkle cut? As a Cook Out connoisseur since 2001 (various locations throughout nc and ga), I’ve never had crinkle cut fries from here. I hope that this was a fluke. The customer service, shake, and hotdog were exceptional. One star deducted for crinkle cut fries“
