“Love the sliced pork“

“We were visiting family in town and had a hankering for some local barbecue and happened upon Georgeos in a Google search. Georgeos is a fun place, and you'll find THE best barbecue in the area there. The friendly, personal service adds to the flavor of the cuisine. We had the rib platter and the chicken sandwich lunch special with tater tots and the field peas. Everything was fantastic, the price was right and you can't go wrong with service like Georgeos. We have barbecue in Connecticut, but not like this. (Sorry, didn't get any pics of the food) 5 stars across the board!“

“The food is on point, all of it. Portions are huge, and they gave me samples of everything while packing up my order! The collard greens and potato salad are my favorites but they were out of cold slaw already so that may change next time I get food from Sam’s. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“We order here 2 to 3 times a week. I even get my tea here and not the store. This is the 1st time we had any issues and they were exactly as they should be. The girls who answer the phone are fantastic. The food is 99.999% of the time wonderful. If u do run into the 1% chance of an issue they take care of it immediately. I mean we are all human and things happen, definitely doesn't change my thoughts on anything as most places would. I would recommend this to anyone. The brisket is beyond delicious 😋

“Nice selection of food. If you got it when it comes out, the chicken, fish, veggies, and desserts are unbeatable. Once they sit a while, not so much. Plenty of guests did take out, but we ate in. Not really a large group friendly place, but you can take over a section.“

“My family stopped in while traveling and I have to brag on this place. The food was amazing but the service was outstanding!! There was a young lady named Dakota I think, she went above and beyond. She joked with my kids and gave them all bracelets. She is absolutely amazing and we were blessed to have a chance to speak with her. 10/10 recommend!! If we are ever in the area again, this place is our first stop!“

“We were told there would be a twenty minute wait and then got sat almost right after. The waitress was nice but a bit quiet. I don’t think me or my boyfriend got refills after we both emptied our cups. We also didn’t really see our waitress after we ordered because it was brought out by food runners. By the time we saw her again she was bringing the check. The food was good, nothing to complain about. Absolutely love the spinach dip, always a go to.“

“Why in the world are my French fries crinkle cut? As a Cook Out connoisseur since 2001 (various locations throughout nc and ga), I’ve never had crinkle cut fries from here. I hope that this was a fluke. The customer service, shake, and hotdog were exceptional. One star deducted for crinkle cut fries“

“We ate here during a road trip March 14. Our waiter made this the most enjoyable experience. He was pleasant, funny, able to answer any questions we had about the menu, remembered everything we asked for, and was quick to deliver food and refills! Thanks to Christian J.“
