“Came here to eat tonight and service was a little slow which is understandable with such a short staff (as the Manager's wife told me rudely while inquiring for more workers) What isn't understandable or acceptable is the fact that my step son found a SCREW, yes A SCREW in his quesadilla. When we informed the staff we were told we would receive a free replacement for his meal, his meal taken off of the receipt, and a discount ($5 off the whole ticket) His replacement never arrived even after being reassured 5 times by not only the staff but the Manager's wife. When it was brought to her attention, again, 2hours later she said she would speak with her husband via phone. Never came back. Never got a refund. Never got a replacement. Never got an actual apology. And will never be going back to this establishment.“

“I recently visited El Cazador at 1600 N Ashley St, in Valdosta, GA. I had a nice experience at this restaurant. I was greeted as I entered and seated. The serving team took my drink order and places salsa and chips at my table. I ordered my meal and it came out timely. My meal was very good. A nice place to go“

“Although I do enjoy the delicious food, I do not enjoy being charged differently every visit. I frequent burritos regularly & every visit my bill total changes. It is quite frustrating. Management should definitely consider getting all staff on the same page. It is not my job to argue down how one staff member charges versus the other, especially when I get the same thing every time. It is frustrating & sad because the food is so tasty, but a hassle not worth dealing with every visit.“

“Outstanding! Family was visiting from NJ, so we took our large party to El Toreo's for some fun and fellowship. They did not disappoint. Great, friendly, and quick service, they started out by rearranging the tables just for us. Then, bring on the chips, salsa, queso, and several pitchers of homemade Sangria that went down way too easily. Followed up by excellent steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas, enchiladas, chili relenos, tostadas, rice & beans, and a few things we didn't recognize but were simply delicious. Ample portions, hot, tasty, authentic Mexican food, reasonable prices, and 1st class Southern hospitality. Thanks for a great evening. Go give em a try.“

“I recently visited El Toro Mexican Restaurant at 1713 Gornto Rd, in Valdosta, GA. I had a nice experience when I had a nice dinner there. I sat at the bar and was greeted promptly and my drink order taken. I ordered the guacamole w chips to start. It was very good and a good sized portion. I was surprised no meal specials on a Monday night. I ordered a burrito and it was very good. A nice place.“

“I’ve had the Taco Bell receipt pinned to my fridge for two weeks—a constant reminder that this review *must* be written. Most people would toss the receipt and move on, but Mishelona absolutely deserves this recognition.

Over Christmas break, we took a road trip from Atlanta to Florida. On the way down, we stopped at a different Taco Bell, and let’s just say… it wasn’t exactly the five-star “live más” experience we were hoping for. The drive-thru order was a mess, and after heading inside to fix it, we couldn’t help but joke, “This is no Chick-fil-A. It was definitely NOT their pleasure to serve.”

Fast forward to our drive back to Atlanta, and we found ourselves at Mishelona’s Taco Bell. Let me tell you—*completely different vibe.* Hands down, the BEST Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had. Mishelona greeted us like we were guests in her home. She had this incredible ability to make every customer feel genuinely welcome. Turns out, it was her first week as manager, and I couldn’t help but tell her, “No surprise—congrats on your promotion, you’re absolutely crushing it!”

The service? Impeccable. The store? Spotless. The food? Some of the freshest Taco Bell we’ve ever had. Mishelona even encouraged us to customize our order and made sure everything was perfect—served with a smile and a level of care that you rarely experience in fast food.

If Taco Bell handed out awards for exceptional employees, Mishelona would need a bigger mantle. I hope the owners realize they have a true gem on their team. To Mishelona: Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re going places.
