We've been eating regularly at Evan's Barbecue since they opened for business. There is something truly special about this place. My chicken plate (1/2 chicken + 2 sides) is truly excellent. Anyone can throw chicken onto a smoker, but these good people actually know what they are doing, and the end result is the proof. The owners make the rounds and truly get to know their customers. Great barbecue! Fast, friendly service and a super cool vibe. And when it's your Mom's 79th birthday and they write her a message on her to go box, it makes her smile. It's the little things!

Evan’s is the real deal if you like BBQ. The spare ribs keep the tips on them so they are very large. They are served in a pail, which was cool.The ribs were fantastic. A nice marbled outside which I love. The sauces are really good. They have a sweet BBQ sauce and a spicy. Both are great and the spicy won’t kill you. It’s tasty more than HOT.I was informed I needed to try the Fried BBQ Egg rolls. This is a must order. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever had. Just delicious....read full review
