Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Villa Rica

“I had an outstanding experience tonight, thanks to the incredible team led by Managers Elijah Love, Shannie Wilkins, and Desmond Anderson. I initially dreaded the visit, expecting a long wait. But as soon as I arrived, I was blown away by how fast and efficient the drive-thru was. Not only was the service quick, but every staff member was also genuinely friendly and welcoming.

I was so impressed that I asked the manager what had changed, as I had never experienced this level of service here before. The energy, efficiency, and positivity from the team were remarkable. It was clear that something exceptional had happened under new management. I even asked for their names because I wanted to personally recognize them for going above and beyond. Huge shout-out to Elijah, Shannie, and Desmond—this team turned what could’ve been an ordinary stop into a truly memorable experience!

For anyone who, like me, may have had less-than-great experiences here in the past, I’d encourage you to revisit and give them a second chance. I want to make it clear that I don’t personally know anyone working at this location or anyone with Popeyes—I’m just genuinely impressed by the positive changes I saw tonight!

Parking: There was convenient handicap parking close to the entrance and plenty of parking spaces available, even during busy times. It made the whole experience hassle-free from the moment I arrived.“
