“The last few times I have been to this location I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of food. I do hate the remodel though. (I miss the signage and decorations that used to be on the walls) Please keep up the good work! Remains to be one of my favorite fast food options.“

“This zaxby’s has amazing customer service. Especially, Julian. But everyone seemed like they cared about the customers.
Our chicken fingers and fries were top notch. The chicken, bacon ranch fries were just ok. They needed a lot more bacon and ranch. They were dry.
Coming here makes me want to go to Zaxby’s more often.“

“It's been years since I've had Big chic & I'm so glad I was able to stop by during a college visit! The chicken & fries were crispy & fresh. The jalapeño was crunchy. The biscuit was the perfect amount of salty & flavorful. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. Wish we had one closer! I see mixed reviews, happy I was able to catch them on a good day“
