My husband and I were at Outback a couple of weeks ago and had a horrible experience. We ordered a bloomin onion and it was delivered to our table half raw and only half breaded. When we said something to our server she made a face and said she would see what she could do about it. She did nothing. On top of that, our food was not great overall. Was there Fri night & we got the bone in ribeye cooked medium. Waited almost 30 minutes, then they brought it out and dropped it off. Pieces of fat had been cut out of it & it was well done. Very dry and overcooked. Had to ask a busser to please go get someone. The mgr came over & she said they'd get a new one cooking. What can Outback do to improve? Grill your asparaghus instead of serving it out of the can! Very disappointed the 2 out of 2 visits for dinner we had. First visit our appetizer was forgotten. The second visit the asparaghus came out of a can. Soggy & swelled. We did not eat it. Wait staff took a long time to get our initial drink order & went downhill from there. Would not go back under any circumstance.
