We love Sharks fish and chicken and slaw but the fries need to be changed to crinkle fries. I think they would be a whole lot better. We don’t care too much for the rice but get it sometimes because the fries are never good. Today they were all short and not crispy. Neither of us ate our fries. Please make a suggestion to change them to crinkle cut. Thank you!
Had my order delivered beings my car is in the shop. It gets here and my order is wrong. I call the store thinking I would be compensated in some way for their screw up and am told I will have to bring it back for them to fix it. I had it delivered so..........i cant just bring it back to you!!! people just don't care about their customers anymore. They don't care to make it right.
Ordered on my home phone not cell) which took 20 minutes and I could not understand the young lady that answered the phone very well, plus she out me on hold, 3 fish sandwiches, 2 onion rings, 2 32oz sweet teas.
My husband picked up......no drinks were given to him, gave us French fries with each sandwich (we were not told about & did not want), fish was chewy. Charged my credit card $54.50.
