This location is far better than the other locations in the area. Great customer service and very tasty!
The heavy set girl was very rude and talked down to my little girl because she was in play room and I was cleaning up my little boy hands and we were going into the play room with her ! She was very rude we use to go all time but we want be back anymore ever
Love the huge snoballs! Delicious flavors! Always a hit with my three year old granddaughter ❤️

Pelican's Snoballs: Winder is a small place with a small staff that cares. The snowballs are the best around, with delicious flavors always made just right. Popular choices include shark attack, tamarind, kiddie butterfly with marshmallow, and many more. The staff is super friendly, respectful, polite, and passionate. They are hard working, creative with special flavors and holidays, and always accommodate customer needs. Service is beyond amazing. There is an air conditioned playroom for sitting and eating while watching cars go by. However, some visits have been affected by bees at every table, making it hard to sit outside. Customers have had to eat in the car. A wish was expressed for an indoor area or screened-in seating, along with more than water to wash away sticky residue. Despite this, the great service and perfect treat on a hot day keep people coming back.
