Drive thru orders are habitually incorrect leaving out entire meals. We spend at least $60 a week at this location and they always get our order wrong. Someone ends up having to drive all the way back. This week they didn’t even offer anything to make up for it. The excuse was “we never know what kind of day we will have with the workers”. That’s absurd and goes against all that CFA stands for with their customer service. This is unacceptable on all accounts.
It’s Chick-fil-A of course it’s great!!!
