Yummy!! Had 2 great homemade shakes there!
Your customer service is slacking big-time the young ladies only waiting on people they knew and didn’t seem to have an idea what they were doing one girl come in at on having a discount card tell the girl said even know about it pretty bad service.
There are two girls in there and their customer service skills are less than stellar.. they only seem to wait on people they know and do not have good customer service skills.

Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge is always bustling and a delight to visit. The ice cream is super tasty, with favorites including the Marshmallow S’more, Blueberry Waffle Cone, and a blue moon and chocolate combination. The fudge is so amazing, especially the plain chocolate. A standout is the fabulous Dubai Chocolate Sundae with pistachio ice cream; it has the kataifi and pistachios topping the sundae with chocolate syrup. The caramel popcorn is absolutely THE BEST caramel popcorn. The location is prime, making it easy to find. The staff are always so friendly, very welcoming, and super nice. A worker named Abby was super helpful, patient, and kind. Another staff member named Aiden was extremely helpful with showing an allergen list, cleaning the ice cream scoop, and opening a new tub of ice cream to avoid cross contamination for an egg allergy. As soon as customers walk in, it always smells incredible, like homemade waffle cones. Whether looking for dessert after dinner or a quick sweet treat, this is the place to go.
