Service was less than desirable. After ordering, I spent 20 minutes waiting for them to print labels and put three decorative items on the cake. Called the manager out to see what was taking so long as she said that was normal wait time. The store was not busy at all. Not sure I would go back.
It appears we’ve been “bundted” - what a great idea! Made our day to receive this yummy unexpected surprise 🤩 or…we just ate a cake that was accidentally delivered to us 👀🤣 Thank you!
Had these delivered for my dad’s 65th birthday and he shared the picture of what was delivered. I’ve never had a bad experience before, but to charge $15 delivery fee and this is what they looked like-I was so embarrassed. I have made a formal complaint but could not show a picture so I wanted to do that here.
