Despite the rush, he stepped out from behind the counter and personally handed me a cup with such kindness and warmth. He didn’t have to do that, but he did—and it truly made my day. “This Zaxby’s is always great. The food is always perfect and the service is fast and friendly. Stopping by for a salad through the drive-thru after visiting the gym next door was always so convenient and quick. I stopped in today for a drink and the employee who helped me was so nice and helpful. Great work! Highly recommended!“

“5 stars for the humanity at this location.
I went through the drive thru on 7/11/2025 squalling because my dog was about to have to be put down because I couldn't afford to have her treated. Hollis was working & as I was ordering through tears, he very kindly opted not to charge me for the grilled nuggets/ice cream I was buying to give my dog one last yummy treat before she left me.
Then when I was crying at the pick up window another associate - I think his name was Charles - came over by my car and held my hand for a second.
You don't know how much those two interactions meant to me on a really terrible day I'll never forget.
Thank you to these two caring associates for making the day a little better with their kindness.“

“The staff members are super. Most, if not all locations have tried to accommodate my individual requests that aren't offered on the menu, even when ordering online and picking up at the window. I drink half and half Coke zero and regular Coke but it's not offered that way on the menu. They offer a lemonade and tea mixture but there are no customization options with other beverages. The Chick-fil-A staff have always tried to accommodate my requests, so for that they get 5 stars!“

“Food is always good from this location. My one issue is that their delivery service through their app is incredibly flawed. My order today was missing the coffee I had ordered. I called to get a refund or re-delivery and was told that I would have to go into the location, identify myself and they would give me my coffee, but they couldn't do a refund, and didn't offer a re-delivery. This was from a Manager and she was very kind and professional and seemed genuinely sorry for not being able to do more. Regardless, the reason I needed delivery is because I can't go into the location. I ordered through the Panera App because they deliver. $21 for 6 bagels and cream cheese. Perhaps you should put a warning on your website.“

“We have tried the pizzas 3 or 4 times. All the time it tasted good. We liked every variety. My favourite is toppings with red sauce, garden pizza. The red sauce is not overpowering unlike other places. And with any pizza variety I felt the flavours are balanced. Would highly recommend!“
