Despite the rush, he stepped out from behind the counter and personally handed me a cup with such kindness and warmth. He didn’t have to do that, but he did—and it truly made my day. “Roberto’s is one of my favorite restaurants! I have been twice so far and everything I have had has been exceptional. The oysters are always phenomenal. Calamari and Octopus are must haves. Halibut, swordfish are very good and I tried the cheeseburger and was blown away. Not only does Roberto’s knock of seafood dishes out of the park but the burger was outstanding…best burger I have had anywhere.“

“My husband and I frequent McAlister’s regularly and have always enjoyed the experience. The food is very good; the staff is friendly and helpful and the manager, Juan, has treated us with kindness and respect. It’s one of favorite places to dine.“

“we love cfa and come here all the time. food is always great, service is good, most all the employees are very friendly, and the service is usually quick. my only small complaint is the cleanliness—often times when we dine in the tables have not been cleaned, the trash cans are overflowing, and the floor/seats are greasy. otherwise we love it, but do wish it was cleaned 100% :-)“

“This was my first time here as well... it was more breakfast but they open at 11am.. so it was more a brunch I guess. This place was clean clean... inside and out. Restroom was clean and didnt smell at all. Everyone was professional and nice as well. Great experience for my first visit. I will stop here (maybe a different location) but I will eat Zaxbys Chicken again.“

“The food was as good as it always is. But the people at this location were so friendly and helpful. They were very attentive and kind. Had a conversation with one of the employees that was very genuine and kind. We also really enjoyed watching the robo-delivery-car.

“Food is always good from this location. My one issue is that their delivery service through their app is incredibly flawed. My order today was missing the coffee I had ordered. I called to get a refund or re-delivery and was told that I would have to go into the location, identify myself and they would give me my coffee, but they couldn't do a refund, and didn't offer a re-delivery. This was from a Manager and she was very kind and professional and seemed genuinely sorry for not being able to do more. Regardless, the reason I needed delivery is because I can't go into the location. I ordered through the Panera App because they deliver. $21 for 6 bagels and cream cheese. Perhaps you should put a warning on your website.“
