“This Zaxby’s is always great. The food is always perfect and the service is fast and friendly. Stopping by for a salad through the drive-thru after visiting the gym next door was always so convenient and quick. I stopped in today for a drink and the employee who helped me was so nice and helpful. Great work! Highly recommended!“

“2nd visit - Sunday 10/19/2025. 1 pm.
Restaurant was packed but I had have the Memphian again! Staff working hard to get customers served. Considering how busy they were, I received my dine in order fairly quickly. Once again, I loved the sandwhich.
1st time visit on Saturday September 26, 2025 at about 12:15 pm. Ordered to-go. $24.00 dollar order.
I would like to preface by saying the food was excellent - Memphian and Turkey BLT.
Was surprised to see no one dining in and that I was never greeted. The counter employees didn't really seem happy to be working or that they had a customer in their presence. Rule #1 - acknowledge the presence of a customer and make them feel welcome.
The restaurant looked clean and nice.“

“5 stars for the humanity at this location.
I went through the drive thru on 7/11/2025 squalling because my dog was about to have to be put down because I couldn't afford to have her treated. Hollis was working & as I was ordering through tears, he very kindly opted not to charge me for the grilled nuggets/ice cream I was buying to give my dog one last yummy treat before she left me.
Then when I was crying at the pick up window another associate - I think his name was Charles - came over by my car and held my hand for a second.
You don't know how much those two interactions meant to me on a really terrible day I'll never forget.
Thank you to these two caring associates for making the day a little better with their kindness.“

“The staff members are super. Most, if not all locations have tried to accommodate my individual requests that aren't offered on the menu, even when ordering online and picking up at the window. I drink half and half Coke zero and regular Coke but it's not offered that way on the menu. They offer a lemonade and tea mixture but there are no customization options with other beverages. The Chick-fil-A staff have always tried to accommodate my requests, so for that they get 5 stars!“

“I ordered delivery from Marco’s Pizza two days ago and had a great experience! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust was perfect, and everything tasted just right. Customer service was excellent—friendly and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!“

“I stopped in to grab a drink I had forgotten to add to my order, and Chris at the Woodstock location went above and beyond. Despite the rush, he stepped out from behind the counter and personally handed me a cup with such kindness and warmth. He didn’t have to do that, but he did—and it truly made my day.
