My sister and me got some shave ice only thing the ice wasn’t packed like it should have been she said she’s running out of ice and it would take 15 minutes for new ice she said she can probably make one but she end up making 2 it was 15 minutes no new ice .. our shave ice melted so fast I know it gets humid out but I’ve had Plenty of shave ice it don’t melt that fast.

Customer Service was good 😊 she’s a young girl with a friendly mannerism.

“Okay, what’s not to love about this place?! The staff quickly became our buddies and welcomed my two little boys with open arms when we stumbled upon this special gem.

My 5- and 7-year-old boys could hardly contain their excitement over all the neat trinkets. They had so many questions, and the ladies helping us were incredibly patient and kind.

We lost count of how many times we left and came back—and every single time, they greeted us with the same enthusiasm.

Our boys will cherish their sea turtle souvenirs, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit and more shaved ice!“

“For the past couple years, I have been traveling to Hawaii. During these past few years I have had a side mission: Find the best shave ice place. When I visited recently it defeated 1#. They put fresh fruit rather than ice cream on it and rather than waiting till the end they put flavor in the middle making it flavorful through. Therefore this place is 1# in Hawaii so far.“

“I enjoyed a late breakfast here and both the coconut coffee and the salmon avocado sandwich were delicious. Staff was super friendly. Seating is outdoor tables and there was an umbrella that provided me shade. The area, Coconut Market, is very pleasant.“

“Both times we had JoJo’s shaved ice while visiting Kauai the shaved ice was great! However I do have to say, the employees working the Kapa’a location was much more welcoming and friendlier than the Hanalei location.“
