“I'm mystified about all the negative reviews by other customers here, as my experience at this location 2 days ago was fine. The service was as prompt and friendly as usual, the atmosphere was clean and inviting (with no screaming, annoying brats running around in it like the average Mcdonald's), and the food was as delicious as ever. And KFC still has the best, sweetest fruit punch of any resturaunt I've ever tasted besides Zippy's (what a relief it was to have that to drink during my customary endless wait for a bus to get back home, on a blazing hot afternoon!). I almost wonder if most of the bizaare complaints on this site are from rival resturaunts just making up grievances, because I've been coming to this KFC resturaunt dozens of times over the years and never had any problem.“

“Stopped here on our way back to the hotel from the Kualoa Ranch and as the normal person the bf is he was hungry- I believe he knew about this place and how it was popular so we tried it out and I am so glad we did. We got the chicken plate which is like a whole half of a chicken to share as I wasn’t that hungry and the Chicken for sure was yummy!!“

“Always delicious. When I come to Oahu to visit my mom, we always grab 1 or even 2 whole chicken to eat with rice and salad when we get to her home. First tried in 2020, then 2021. Been a while and now fast fwd to 2024, still the same quality and tastiness!“

“I only go here to drive through when I have a discount coupon for 15 pieces of fried chicken.And I have to admit that their hot fried chicken is delicious. I do think it's ridiculously expensive.So I only buy it on occasion with the coupon. Coupons come with the midweek paper in the mail sometimes. Service is fast and the products are accurate.I wouldn't call it a place to sit down and dine, but with all that extra chicken.If you have a small air fryer you can always have good hot fried chicken until you use it all up. I don't get any sides.Because I can make those myself quite easily and it's less expensive.“

“They actually have spicy! We went through a shortage on the mainland (California) extra gravy with an order of spicy and you're good to go. Only downside is that it's in the middle of a hallway so a bit jarring to see an "Order" line on one side of the hallway, and a "Waiting" line on the other.“

“My daughters and I went to have breakfast and when it was time to leave my car would not start. The manager, Howie came out and was so kind and compassionate as he saw that I was having a melt down unsure what to do being a single mom. Howie then kindly asked if he could take a look and knew what exactly to do, jumping my car and calmly explained to me what to do and that everything would be okay. It was so nice of him to help me and my kids in this moment, it’s rare that people will go out of their way to help strangers now days. Not only was the food and customer service exceptional but everything about this location is pure genuine and excellent! I would definitely make the drive here from Ewa just because of the overall service and care Howie and his team provided!!!“

“This is just hands down really good chicken. They don't have alot of options but you can choose either wings or boneless. We had the boneless garlic with honey I feel like the sauce could be better mixed not just honey poured onto the wings. The chicken was still good though. We also had regular wings and soy and garlic and all of the chicken was cooked great. The only gripe I have is that they should have a 6 peice they kind of force you to pay a hefty price for 10 pieces at $17.99-18.99. They should either have a 6 piece for $10 or atleast a combination where you can try all of the flavors. Definitely worth a try maybe share a couple of them with your family as a snack. Having the option for a side of rice for $2 was also a nice gesture.“

Conveniently located in Kalihi on Dillingham, this is the perfect corner drive thru for all your cravings! Chicken sandwhiches, hamburgers, spaghetti, and more are available! Portions are generous.
Prices are fair considering you're in HI. My menu favorites are the pineapple juice and side of chicken gravy.
Staff always provide great service.
Only thing is that there is always a wait for the food. Usually 10 minutes, even in the drive thru.“

“I ordered a ridiculously large amount of food. The online purchasing made me place multiple orders. This issue led to picking nearest location rather than location I was traveling to. Helen, made certain that I was taken care of. She got confirmation from the store with the order. Then she made it for my group. The entire time she was organized and polite. The customer service was amazing.“

And don't be fooled by the menu - they do sell like plate lunch orders of chicken that comes with rice, chicken, corn and mandoo.“
