“I'm mystified about all the negative reviews by other customers here, as my experience at this location 2 days ago was fine. The service was as prompt and friendly as usual, the atmosphere was clean and inviting (with no screaming, annoying brats running around in it like the average Mcdonald's), and the food was as delicious as ever. And KFC still has the best, sweetest fruit punch of any resturaunt I've ever tasted besides Zippy's (what a relief it was to have that to drink during my customary endless wait for a bus to get back home, on a blazing hot afternoon!). I almost wonder if most of the bizaare complaints on this site are from rival resturaunts just making up grievances, because I've been coming to this KFC resturaunt dozens of times over the years and never had any problem.“

“They’re open until 01:30 AM now and thank goodness, because we skipped dinner to go fishing. Their fried chicken is crispy, succulent, and well-seasoned with a nice kick to it. If you’re a fan of the spicy chicken at Jollibee, this is the leveled-up sister. And their mala tang soup…drool worthy. I love spicy soup but they were sold out of spicy beef, so they offered to make their original beef spicy for me. You can adjust the spice level and I asked for mine to be “spicy spicy”, and they didn’t disappoint! There was a nice dose of chili oil and garlicky mala heat, but not so much that it drowned out the flavors. The broth itself has a rich, nutty flavor, reminding me of a wilder version of tan tan ramen. They use saimin noodles and top it with fish balls, meat balls, thinly sliced meat, sliced potatoes, and quail eggs. I didn’t get any pictures this time because I couldn’t resist inhaling my meal, but I’ll be back for sure!“

“Kudos to Jollibee their app is straight forward and easy to use. I received a $5 off reward for signing up, however, I used the $10 reward for purchasing more than $45 worth of food. (Both rewards had an expiration date. I’ll most likely use the $5 reward soon!)

I ordered a mix of original and spicy chicken. The spicy chicken is very crispy and has a decent kick. With my Bucket Treat C I could select 3 sides and it came with not one, but two containers of their amazing gravy.

I added the Peach Mango pies.

My order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes but a Pick Up text came in 10 minutes.

I appreciate Jollibee believing I will share all this food by providing two sets of utensils!

“If you ever come across a Jollibee, get some.
We had it for the first time in Chicago and when we found out there was a location is Hawaii, we made it a goal to find it!
The chicken was so thick and crunchy!!
You heard it in the bites, and the noodles with the sauce and hot dog pieces cut up..Chefs Kiss!!
The customer service was also very friendly, it's rare in fast food places.
We took it back to our hotel, said our prayers and devoured the food lol

“This place is pretty cool, you can get wing dinner's, bowls and tornado potatoes. We had the wing dinners with spicy Thai basil. Let’s start with the wings. They are oversized! They were crispy and very juicy. They are some of the best wings I’ve ever had and I love my wings. The dinner came with fries a salad and drink. It is a great place and I would highly recommend it. I wish I would have raked a picture first but this is what’s left!!“

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

Anyhow, great service, chicken sandwich was ono, waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce always enjoyable. I dined in; when I was there it was a nice and chill atmosphere. For generally being younger, workers are pleasant and polite.

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

They've got indoor seating area that they share with burgerking. Kind of like a small food court, gets really busy around 12:00pm on the drive thru so I would recommend going inside around that time.
Drive thru starts clearing out around 1:00pm
Very empty on weekends.“
